It's a pretty big litter box. It's also deep enough so that poop stays under the crate. I love the walls so the urine does not spray outside the litter box. I can also put a kitchen bag on the base of the litter box and throw it away easily without having to wash the base. So the only thing I wash is the top portion of the box. It's easy to take both pieces apart. Some people in the comments were complaining that it's hard to take off when it's design that way so that it's not loose. Due to the size and depth, I can change this litter every 5-6 days for one bunny. Takes me 3 minutes to throw away the litter, wash it, and put it back together. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love this litter box for our bunny’s! We have 2 and they both fit in the litter box to eat. No problems with urine everywhere or droplets being piled up cause the litter pan isn’t deep enough. That’s probably my favorite part about this litter box is they can poop in it and it does not pile up underneath their feet cause the bottom is so deep! Can’t go wrong with this litter box! It fits their hay and pellet bowl in there including 2 bunbuns eating! I love how the white also matches our bunny castle and is a easy pop off and clean process! After about 3 days of use it does need cleaning though cause it will start to smell. ... show more

Love this litter box! I've used newspapers and hay in a tray for years and this is a game changer. I like the thick griding because it's easier on my rabbits feet. The urine leaks out of the seam where the two pieces join together. It is not easy to separate the pieces for cleaning which is not fun when it is full of waste. The bigger bottom part is great, but the leaking made this useless to me.

I would not call this extra large. I have 2 large rabbits who like to lay together and they don't both fit in this item. It does however work really well as an easy to clean litter box. I put a dog pee pad in the bottom and simply lift it out.

I went through several boxes until I found this one. I’ve never kept a rabbit n the house before so there were a lot of demons to figure out. First of all it’s high enough in the back that he doesn’t spray pee everywhere(STINKS AND IS JUST PLAIN NASTY). He’s also a corner crapper. The grates on this one are larger and his cocoa puff turds fall right down. It’s also deeper then most of the other ones. I use pads at the bottom so that it catches whatever the litter doesn't absorb and less clean up in the end. The fasteners didn’t quite work with our cage set up, but I just went out and picked up a few carabiners and secured it to the cage and box( NOTE… make sure the litter box is secured otherwise when they get into their “YaYa’s” it’s one hell of a mess to clean up when dumped and scattered). When it comes to a litter box bigger is better. Pay the thirty bucks as it’s worth it! Also, we have a large tote ( blanket storage type tote tall and deep) turned on its side that holds the litter box on one side, hey rack in the middle, food and water on the other side so if pee sprays/water spills happen it hits that plastic and not my walls or wood flooring. Large animal pee pads under tote as well just to be in the safe side. Hope this helps someone and they are not pulling their hair out like I did for a good long while when my daughter wanted a bunny. ... show more

I have tried every type of litter box for my buns. The last few were more high end like this one. The last one was very nice but had to cover the entire box and then put the plastic grate. Difficut to clean then saw this one. It's a little smaller width but it has a deeper poo tray. I only need to put a trash bag over the bottom because the top comes off. Not sure if stain resistant but will find out soon. If you keep it clean it shouldn't stain. The best feature of this box is the slots in the grate are bigger so poo falls through....ALL OF IT! Last one I would need to shake it every day to make it fall through. Not this one.....I am very happy so far!!!!! Love it!💕 BUNNY APPROVED!🐇 ... show more
