I bought my iPhone from Apple store a year ago and they also sold me the screen protector and a case very similar to the above product but for a much higher price. Worse of all, both the screen protector and the case broke in few months. I cannot comment on durability of these yet because I have had them for about a month, but so far, I am happy with how the screen cover has kept flawless once I followed the instructions as how to mount it. I am updating my original review for the Tomoto iPhone 13" case and giving the company an extra star based on their fabulous customer service, quick response and offer to replace or refund my purchase. I felt like this was most generous of Tomoto since their product description was accurate but the case just didn't work for me. While I won't be taking Tomoto up on either offer, I do applaud the company for their customer service. I loved the deep red color of the case and it fit my iPhone 13 perfectly. The case has a nice, soft feel to it and the ring I bought to go with it was easy to install. The big problem with this case is that it is very slippery and slides right out of my hand if I am not super careful. If it weren’t for the ring my phone would have hit the ground many, many times.
