i am afraid of gel because of the possible allergy and uv exposure, but i wanted to start making press ons because the gel wouldn’t actually touch my hands (uncured) and i wouldn’t be putting my hands directly in the light. these came with so many colors, like genuinely every color id ever need and i can mix them too if somehow i don’t have a color i want. they cure nicely and especially the matte top coat performed well. i did get some bubbles here and there but i think that was my fault because i didn’t apply evenly enough. i even used the base coat as blooming gel and the top coat as 3d and it worked pretty well. it’s also nice that it came with stickers, files, and other tools. the bottles are kinda small but i’m not worried about running out of anything too quickly. overall these are a good price for the value, i genuinely didn’t expect how many bottles there were until i got them. ... show more

Like everyone else in the bad reviews, I got an infection from this kit. However, I can't say I wasn't blown away by this kit at first though. The gel lasted; the colors were nice. I didn't have any spillage upon arrival. The lamp worked and it came with so many other tools to help do your nails I was in love!!! Sadly...after doing my nails only twice (my hands) I noticed my nails were extremely brittle. And I'm saying, more brittle than gel usually makes them...now I decided to stop using the kit, as my pinky nail has completely lifted from underneath, I'm afraid I'll lose it all together and I'm not even sure how. And the nail pain was unbearable. I bought this kit with a gift card from Christmas no less...Merry Christmas to me. And I usually NEVER get infections or reactions from anything. Never. Fast forward to new year's, I decided to do my toes. Mistake. My big toenail now has a big BLACK spot, UNDERNEATH my nail. I didn't even know until I took off the gel. I'm not even sure how that could happen. But after reading other reviews, I am certain it's infected and I am waiting for my doctor's appointment. STAY AWAY. It might work at first, for a little bit you'll feel great! Probably won't even notice the damage it's doing, especially when your nails are covered with the paint. If you're using this, I highly recommend you stop. I'm so sad since I was so happy about how great my nails came out each time. It's just a shame...I'm not sure why amazon is still selling these crappy Chinese products to people after all these infections and bad reviews. It does seem to be getting better and since I've stopped using the kit, my nails have gotten so much better and the black spot under my toenail is growing out so I am hoping eventually I could just clip it off. But I will let the doctor decide. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money and go to a notable salon. It's just not worth it. The chemicals/bacteria in the nail paint and the gel that they are selling is not worth it and most the chemicals used over there are not approved here in America. And the Chinese cut corners to sell and make money. Your health is not worth it. Paint your nails the old way or go to a salon. Unless you want black toenails, and for every nail to fall off like nothing...then be my guest. I can't even get a refund since it's been a couple months, not like the seller responds anyway. I now have to throw out 60 + beautiful nail colors, a LED LAMP, and gel acrylics I also bought. SO SAD. I COULD CRY. STAY AWAY. STAY STAY STAY AWAY. i love the colors and the products, BUT i don’t think it was packaged the way it should’ve been know it was nail polish. yes, mail carriers can throw around boxes and break it, BUT it wasn’t packaged well enough to begin with. now i am down a beautiful purple bottle of nail polish AND a mess to clean up on the other bottles. clearly, it wasn’t packaged right due to picture 3 being shown, NONE of them were secured. kinda of disappointed paying almost $40 for a mess to clean up as well as down a purple bottle. the other bottles are perfectly fine (thank god) and the products are nice. the nail polish bottles are SMALL (but i don’t mind). if you’re selling mail polish, at least package the bottles a little better and make sure they are tightly secured so you don’t have bad success. NONE of the bottles were intact properly. very unsatisfied about the poor packaging. ... show more

I didn’t have super high expectations when I bought this, but wow am I impressed! I work as a nurse in a busy ICU & the amount of chemicals that come into contact with our hands (& the chaos of the job itself, ha) usually makes at-home gel polish chip so fast. The pic I’m attaching is after 4 night shifts in a row & there is no wear-n-tear at all! I think a lot of it goes into proper nail prep (like buffing the nail to give it a slightly rough surface for the gel to adhere to better, & cleaning the nails off with acetone or alcohol wipes before laying down a base coat), but I also will give credit to the nail polish quality itself. I loveeeeee being able to do my nails at home!!! I can change them as often as I want and I’m saving so much money this way! I bought tips to go with it which I have a love hate relationship with, they make my nails super weak but love the look. With out the tips the gel doesn’t stick to my nails as long for some reason. But I don’t mind because it gives me an excuse to change them haha! ... show more
