The brushes were ok for me the blenders were bad. Too thick didn't absorb water, so I didn't use it. Brushes were really soft but not dense. I like my foundation brushes to be dense.....or at least denser than this was. The eyeshadow brushes were thin. So not my best purchase here....

The brushes look great! Two of them came loose and easily disconnected, but I used a little nail glue and now they are perfect! They shed a little bit, but not enough that I’m concerned. They work great, and I love the variety. Are they professionally quality, no, but they are great brushes for basic day to day use. Awesome! Would totally recommend, and would even consider buying again in the future. The sponges aren’t great, so don’t buy this product if that is all you are looking for, but the cleaner is A+. I LOVE the fact these brushes came with a "how to use" chart. I'm old enough that I should know what brushes should be used for different makeup applications, but I don't so the chart was a nice surprise that helped me feel more confident when using them. The brushes are great for those of us who occasionally want to spend more time doing our makeup. Just be sure to follow the company's recommendation to let the brushes sit upright and fill out after shipping. (I just left put mine out when I got home after work and they were ready to go the next morning.) I don't know about longevity of the brushes, I've only used them about 20 times in the last two months, but they've done what they are marketed to do- apply makeup. 😉 I would definitely recommend for others who maybe don't have the confidence in using brushes during makeup application! ... show more

I was excited when the set came. The brushes were pretty soft and I got all 4 beauty blenders and the brush cleaner. However when I took a second to actually notice the brushes I realized that I was given 9 instead of the 16 that i was supposed to get. If you’re okay with missing a few brushes then I suppose it isn’t a huge deal, but they aren’t giving what it advertised. (I bought the black set btw, I don’t know if the same issue arises when you buy a set with a different color). ... show more

i’ve been doing makeup for years but i’ve never been picky about brushes, as long as they blend without falling apart they’re fine for me. these are incredible for the price though! soft, arrived early, blend super well. i would recommend giving them a good wash with dawn dish soap and warm water before using, to get rid of a slightly chemical smell. perfect brush set! ... show more
