This arrived in perfect condition. It is smaller than the original sensor so I had to patch one mounting hole. After connecting the four wires, it worked perfectly.

After migrating to a Konnected alarm panel, got comfortable with wiring these things so decided to add pir to rooms myself. These are relatively small and innocuous, blending into the room. Sensitivity is quite good and easy to change if too sensitive. Even in an age of wireless, wired is still the best if you need it to be as relatable as possible.     • Resideo won’t support the product. Beware!
Like a few others, I bought a few of these to use with my Konnected setup. First of all, while I ordered Honeywell, I received Resideo. A bit sketch, but okay probably just a branding change. However, for some reason I couldn’t get the first unit to work. The documentation (e.g., NO vs. NC) was sparse so I reached out to customer support. Their response? Resideo won’t support Resideo motion sensors. I have to reach out to my “security provider”. Except I don’t have a security provider and I’m not using the product for security anyway. Their support was dismissive and completely unhelpful. I bought this product from a company that won’t support the product. That is low brow ethics. I’m hoping this is just a misunderstanding and someone from Resideo will reach out to remediate their mistake. Somehow I doubt it. ... show more

Since my first review, I have learned that Resideo is a rebranding of "Honeywell Home" for commercial use. They felt that "Home" was misleading commercial buyers away from their products. This motion sensor works well, and I am glad that I could still find a solid wired sensor.
