I rarely write a review like this, but I have to say I don't know if this product works or not. First, it arrived in a small box (about 3x4"). In the bottom of the box was the instruction set. The instructions are printed so small, I had to scan them, so I could enlarge them on my screen to read them. The instructions are painfully bad. Not only do they not follow a stepwise pattern to enable using the product, but they are dotted with odd sayings like being able to put the GPS into an old man's pocket. There are no illustrations to show what size SIM card goes where in the device. There's nothing specific about activating a SIM, only that you need one. And there was something that indicated you could call the [SIM's] cell number (I guess), enter some number, and hear the conversation going on around the GPS. Or maybe? Also, I couldn't figure out if there was some sort of storage that records sounds -- does that mean a mini SD card slot? I thought that was for the SIM? Confusion. My sincere recommendation is that the manufacturer, or seller, create a very clear set of instructions, for an English-speaking customer; and list the steps to set it up, test it out, and the various functions that [at least I think it has some] can be activated remotely. Frustrated after an hour, I packed it up returning it; since I can't figure out if it works or not. These days, if you don't have clear instructions that can get a device like this activated in minutes, you don't have a viable product. For those looking, find one from another manufacturer, and see if you can download the manual or instructions first -- to see if they make sense to you. ... show more

Pure junk, instructions written by a child, extremely hard to get real time gps. More aggravation than its worth. No customer support, the so called magnet won't even stick to a fridge. Don't understand why this is still being sold on amazon. Do not buy, nothing but a waste of money.

This device battery got Inflated and opened the entire Back cover. Never use it and when I try it shows this fat battery and i am.not able to close the back cover

Aside from the very small print on the instructions, they are very hard to understand and complicated. Beware that it comes without a SIMM card which you will have to buy.

I have tried to set this thing up according to instructions, however it is not working. Had someone else try it. They could not get it to work either.

Firstly, the magnet is extremely weak. 2. Did not mention that it needed a micro sim card that is not included. 3. Instructions are extremely small and very difficult to follow. Way too complicated for what it is. The company needs to improve this product or discontinue production... Do not recommend it unless you want to waste your money. ... show more

This does not work well at all. It is not accurate. Also, you have to text "777" to get it to send you a location link. It says you can use Google maps, but it does not send you a link for that. It is not easy to use at all. Pretty worthless....
