It’s quite a good table for the price. The chairs are comfortable and table is a nice plastic that can be wiped. It’s a smaller table but I kind of like that as we have it on the deck by the pool and I didn’t want to have it take over the deck. It doesn’t have an umbrella hole which is okay for us as we use a side umbrella but it would have been good. But I would recommend it. It does take a long time to put together but there are six chairs and a table. The metal will probably rust but you can spray that rust proof stuff to help. ... show more

I’m an interior decorator and I purchased this set for a client’s exposed rooftop. It took hours to assemble but it looked nice once it was put together. A rainstorm came through the following week and all 6 of the chairs rusted all over the brand new rug and rooftop. I called Amazon & they had me contact the third party seller, but assured me that if we weren’t happy with the third party seller’s end result, they could file an A-Z insurance claim since the product was deficient. So I contacted the third party seller and informed them what happened, but they would only issue a refund if we returned the item - the products we spent hours assembling. We would then have to spend more hours unassembling the items and boxing everything up. I called Amazon back again to let them know that was unfeasible and they assured me they filed an A-Z insurance claim & we were being refunded in full. So I then informed the client of this. The next day, I received an email that my A-Z claim had actually been denied and I wouldn’t be refunded anything. I called back again and spoke to a supervisor, who supposedly appealed the claim, but wouldn’t send the email confirmation until we were off the phone, and when the email came through it was just another A-Z claim, which was once again denied. All that to say, this “outdoor set” is not at all an outdoor set and the company selling the product has both terrible products AND customer service. I’m extremely unhappy and am personally out $338 due this to situation. ... show more

You get what you pay for. The set is pretty sturdy once you get it put together. It comes in multiple pieces and it's a pain in the arse to assemble. When it rains, the chair frames fill up with water and the chairs have to be tipped on their sides to drain. I can't figure out how the water is getting in them. If anyone has the answer, please let me know so I can fix it. The frames are metal so it gets scorching hot in the Florida sun. Otherwise, the chairs are pretty comfortable once you add seat cushions. ... show more
