The pool table is nice but when we unbox it the felt came with 2 inches scratches it kind of affect the roll of the ball everytime it passes it. It ashamed because it’s a expensive fathers day gift to my husband. Now i cannot get a hold of customer service rep. ☹️

    • There are no markings on the table or sides
There should be markings on the table or sides. It is annoying that we now have to figure out how to do that. Easy to assemble and level. We only had two assemblers and they got it done, one was a woman!

    • Cover crapped out after 6mo. The rails are lifting after a year.
Ok for outdoor table if you don't have space or don't want to build a tool shed no jumps or masse's tho (not slate) but good for the purpose

The felt has a tear in it but company is unable to repair, replace or sell a replacement felt. Their answer was to buy another table .
