This greenhouse was a breeze to set up - 2 adults and 2 children took about 45 minutes to set up, then another 20 minutes putting rocks along the edge to secure. Read the instructions carefully, there are 4 different bolt lengths, and each has a special use depending on how many/thickness of the pipes it goes through. The frame is assembled in sections that snap together with spring clips securing. You may have to flex the sections a bit to get the clips to line up with the holes but it will work eventually. There seems to be a couple of degrees off on some of the holes drilling which made it a bit tricky to line up while assembling the sections - just work the bolts a bit and eventually you can get them through. Don't overtighten the bolts as this will crush the pipes, and they will lose their strength at the joints. Once the frame is built, position it where you want on level soil, then you can push the bottom 3 inches of each post int the soil to secure. Put the tarp over and pay attention to where the seams are. The tarp fits a bit loosely so pull as tight as you can to get the sewn in ties to line up with joints. Once all set, pull the lower edges of the tarp tight, and put rocks or soil or bricks along it to secure and you won't have a problem with wind upsetting the greenhouse. There are 4 strings with stakes but I wouldn't count on those to keep it down. A few hundred pounds of rocks will however. For under 200 this is a really surprisingly solid greenhouse. ... show more

Love our hoop house. It does what it's made for. And it's very durable we had 60-70 mile hour winds come through and it held up great. We have 2 - 6ft. Tables in it and plenty of room still. And it does hold heat well and humidity. When the weather was still in the 30 and 40s . Now that it's getting hotter we keep the side vents and door open on it. We're having so much fun growing all of our new veggies starts in it. And watching everything grow in a well protected environment. Thanks for such a great product. Went up in just an hour with a little help. It is well braced but a bit light. I used some leftover 4"x4" posts and a 2"x4" boards to help stabilize it so that the wind doesn't flip it over. The cover is nice and thick the windows are covered in a mosquito net and the covers have ties to hold them open. The only real complaint is that the dimensions given for the product are all about 6 inches off in all aspects. Mine measures 6' 8"w x 6' 4" t x14"\' 10"l. ... show more

UPDATE: no matter how much I reinforced it, the metal ended up breaking from the wind. The materials are just too cheap. Assembly was very good, had it fully done is not even an hour. But.. it's very light, like.. unreasonably so. It didn't last an hour in the Oklahoma breeze and will need heavy modifications to stay down. The tarp is fine, the frame is surprisingly durable but extremely light, assembly was very easy, just a bit too light to withstand the wind (currently at 17 mph winds) ... show more

Bought this last year and it came with minor cosmetic damage to the cover. Just under a year later the cover has deteriorated already. There are no cover replacements that are inexpensive and you're better off buying the whole greenhouse again as it cost just under 20$ to replace just the cover.

    • Make sure you tie it down correctly!!!!!!!

Its a very nice green house. Does not take up much space. Do yourself a favor and when using the inside tie straps............Tie the lower staps to the horizontal poles or the corners on the bottom portion, not the vertical poles. This will keep your green house from becoming a giant wind sail. The tie straps on the upper portion you only have one option so tie them there. Had some strong winds and did not tie the cover down correctly pretty much made it a big giant kite. Lessons learned. And keep at least two windows open if its windy. I open the two windows in the back. Still a nice product. Its making my Plumerias very happy ... show more

I liked the 8dea of a greenhouse to keep the plants dry. But it leaked at the seams on both sides on the top. Cause my plants to develop mold from getting wet. W8ndows were o0en and doors. Not just a little wet. But soaking wet. Tr8ed tap8ng it . But now I'll just won't put under those 2 top seams.
