I needed a small treadmill to walk at home. This does the job. I am 5'4" and it is the perfect size for me. The handle folds easily and it has wheels to move. It took me five minutes to install, remote included.

I got this treadmill for the sole purpose of walking at my desk, so bar down always and turned on/off by remote control only.. Used 5 days a week, about 4 hours per day, during my working hours. Worked solid for about 4 months and then motor started crapping out. It fails to catch the belt when I'm trying to walk on it, causing the belt to jerk randomly like crazy for the first half hour or so until it seemingly warms up enough to keep the belt moving consistently with my weight. I've troubleshooted belt lubrication and tension and this isn't either of those things (though I did have to add the included lubrication frequently). I think I just wore the treadmill motor out from use. The recommendation is no more than 3 hours daily, so I recognize it's a possibility. I only ever used it at low speeds under my desk so I could still work comfortably while moving, and it slid out of the way easily for me to sit down when not in use. If a belt or bearing isn't squeaking, it's extremely quiet. Also, if you plan to use it with the bar down, you STILL have to have the safety magnet attached or else it will not run. It was slightly annoying but is the solution to the weird error a lot of reviews are complaining about. If you don't care about your "stats" like speed & distance, and just care about getting steps in, this is a great option. It's not a super durable treadmill, but it was worth the investment for me to realize I wanted to make an under-desk treadmill a bigger role in my work day. I have since invested in a more durable treadmill from a company based in the US. I did not attempt to contact this treadmill's customer service thankfully, based on the other reviews given here. I don't regret buying this, but please make sure to go in with open eyes knowing that quality treadmills don't really come at this price point and you will experience minor issues at minimum. I'm still satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to folks who have reasonable expectations. ... show more

I use this for back and pelvic pain relief after sitting at a desk all day. It's been really nice to just get up, step to the treadmill, walk for a few minutes, feel better, sit again. It's improved my balance, too. Only thing I don't really understand is how much of the lubricating oil is supposed to go onto the belt at the beginning of use. It came with 2 bottles, I put one whole bottle, and so far no bad noises. The unit is quiet, extremely easy to fold down, lays flat with less than 5" clearance, so can go under tight spaces if need be. The remote control is what I wanted, not phone controlled. I velcro'ed it onto the upright so it won't get lost. The manual that comes with the unit is poorly written by someone that doesn't understand the English language, but Hey, they got the point across. It was delivered 4 days sooner than the schedule said. I was able to "walk" the box from my front door to the office with a little effort. I unboxed the unit, put the oil on the belt, raised the upright, plugged it in, turned it on, and walked. For now, I'm not using the hand rests. I like that it gradually gets faster as you use the controller, able to fine tune where I'm comfortable. I did get the unit that is 58" long so I got a longer tread surface, glad I did as I can take a natural stride. I'd buy it again. First off, this thing is loud. That "whisper quiet motor" is utter hogwash. There's also an additional squeaking sound, like 1000 mice are being crushed every time this thing is on. The mobile phone holder that is provided is so small that it would at Best fit an early 2000s Nokia. No modern phone is going to fit in this as pictured. You have maybe a 1 inch clearance. As for that folding bar? Yes it goes up and down, but it refuses to lock in place. I could hit the locking mechanism (a 3 inch handle) with a semi truck and it wouldn't budge. It isn't just a little stiff; it's practically an immovable object. The remote is a joke, as you have to hit a button three or four times for the command to MAYBE register. Not that the remote is really great in the first place, it's only got three buttons, power plus and minus. The console on the aforementioned folding bar fares little better as it is still generally unresponsive to all but the most forceful of button presses. Speaking of the folding bar, if you attach the armrests, the folding bar will not go down all the way. Unless you want to screw in and unscrew the armrests every freaking time. Talk about a design fail. Also the tools provided are utter garbage. I know this is true as a general rule, but they went a step further with this. The Phillips head screwdriver provided was already fairly well damaged, making it useless for its intended purpose. And the cherry on top of this crap Sunday? At 3:00 a.m. the treadmill decided to set off a very loud alarm with the code E07 prominently displayed. No one was near this thing, and it hadn't been in use for at least 8 hours. What a lovely and not and all obnoxious feature that the device will fail in the middle of the night and quite loudly alert everyone in the house of its issues. I truly enjoy being awakened at 3 a.m. firmly believing that the house is about to burn down. I've only had this treadmill for 2 days. I still wouldn't even accept this piece of trash for free. It is an utter waste of time and effort to set it up, only to have to put it back in the box and wait for UPS to pick this thing up. This thing is such an utter failure and should be removed from the Amazon Marketplace immediately. ... show more
