I took a chance and bought these sofas without being able to sit in them or test them out. I’m SO glad I did!! First off, the seller has awesome communication. They contacted be the same day to confirm that I actually wanted two sofas, and to confirm my mailing address. Then, they let me know that the sofas would be coming in 6 boxes and sent the tracking numbers for each once they shipped. I got all the boxes 5 days early! No missing parts, super easy to assemble, and very happy with how comfortable it is. Got two sofas w/delivery for about half of what I would pay at a furniture store. I got two because we have 5 large dogs and 3 adults. Made my own L-shaped sofa by making one set into a loveseat, and the other without one arm to butt up against the first set. It is lower than most couches, but that just makes it easier for our senior dogs to get up on them. :) ... show more

The couch shipped two weeks after purchase, took one week to reach Maryland from CA, so seems expedient. I assembled it in 45 minutes alone, and it was super easy. All the cushions arrived vacuum sealed, so once opened the couch cushions take on an amazing size. Very fluffy, very comfortable. It’s maybe an inch or two lower than my last couch, so, I don’t mind that. Only issue I had, was the packaging was missing 7 washers to assemble, which I just ran to store and purchased, so not a major inconvenience. All in all, I am highly pleased with the purchase, especially for the price!!! Can’t beat it. ... show more

Parts missing, metal bent, and returns are a nightmare. The ad says that returns are paid for, upon request of paid return slip, I have had a heck of a time trying to get the paid return slip.

Couch is very cozy and easy to assemble. I got the dark grey, reminds me of a chinchilla. Easy to clean. Came in really fast. 2 people and a dog can sprawl comfortably. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the back of the couch, the back is short and thinner. If you’re sitting up tall you may hit your head. Or maybe that’s just me being clumsy. I would recommend! Very nice for the price! My dog and boyfriend also love the couch ... show more

I do wish the back cushions were fuller, however I am pleased with the rest of the sofa. I was supposed to receive it in 3 boxes. So far , I have only received two of them. I have received box #I and box #3. I am missing one whole section of the sofa. I am praying the rest comes quickly.
