    • My Go-To Multivitamin
Supplements don’t have the best quality control, and I don’t know what a lot of the ingredients are, which is why I started referring to labdoor. This is one of their higher rated multivitamins, and it’s relatively cheap compared to the other highly rated vitamins. You only have to take 2 capsules 1x a day, which is nice. Some of the competitors may be cheaper per serving, but require multiple servings. They taste pretty good, but you do get hit with a somewhat odd smell when you open the bottle. I can’t exactly describe it. I’ve had 2 bottles, and both were like this. Nothing seemed wrong with the packaging, and I didn’t get sick, so I’m assuming it’s something in the formula. It also causes my urine to be bright yellow like asparagus for a good part of the morning and afternoon. It loses a star for the smell and the yellow urine, but otherwise, it seems more effective than what I would normally get at the grocery store. ... show more

This is probably a good product, but recommending two tablets is marketing garbage meant to drive volume. Take one tablet and perhaps add vitamin D, if you think you need it.

Without a full meal the vitamins make me feel like sour stomach is best description I can give. Tried taking 1 with breakfast and one at lunch but anything short of a full dinner isn't great. Otherwise it's works great
