Came with 4 casters and 3 nuts (one of the nuts were outside of the plastic bag). Couldn't even put the thing together without the 4th nut. The mattress is super flimsy, and looked crushed and uncomfortable. Edit: customer service was able to solve the issue quickly

I think the most significant disappointment is the mattress. The one I received looks NOTHING like the one pictures. It is thin, cheesy and worthless. I recommend avoiding this at all costs. To the manufacturer: I get no satisfaction from writing this review. If you want to send me a REAL mattress like the one pictured, I will be happy to append my review but for now I'm sticking with a review of one star and am recommending you do not buy ... show more

This product was delivered as described. It was simple to assemble and took only a few minutes. It had a superior locking bar to prevent the legs from collapsing after assembly. This feature was not on one (a different manufacturer) on an older bed. After use it is easy to fold up and store.
