So far so good. I've not worn it out yet but am excited to try it. I ordered two of these, one orange/black and the blue/black with their Black Friday weekend special saving about $10. I weigh about 195 and am 5' 9" and I love the fit of the "large". I seem to have nice room under them for sweatshirts, etc. I love the zippers, pockets and the "snow skirt." There's also a place for the thumb, but not as a skier, I don't know what it's called. I purchased these for cycling in cold weather and am looking forward to it of course with the correct pants and gloves etc. They do have quite a few "wrinkles" coming out of the nice packaging. Please be careful not to use a razor blade while opening as the coats were of course right under the packing tape. As far as the wrinkles, I'm not sure how this material will smooth out but of course hope they will. I don't think that I'd use an iron on it but I'm just not sure. So far I'd highly recommend these for the price and advertised water and wind resistance. ... show more

I live in northeast on MA/RI line. I bought this coat for my afternoon 3 miles walks with my Half husky half great pyrenes. Who loves the cold . My walk is basically across two giant fields and down to a river that goes out to cape cod bay area. So it gets cold when the wind blows. The last 3 days it has been 25 degrees Fahrenheit, and snowed yesterday. The coat was very warm. I wore one thermal under it, and on a colder day I used a light vest as well under coat. Warmest coat I've owned, I think. Not the most stylish. Looks a bit generic, though using the portion that can button at your neck and the part of the hood that can wrap around you neck as well makes it looks far more stylish. Super soft warm material inside the hood. I keep my Air Pod Pro's in the chest pocket even in pouring rain they stayed dry. Love the velcro flap that goes over the zipper. It's very effective. Bought a size small for my skinny 5'10" son. He absolutely LOVES it! He wears it skiing. So far it has kept him warm and dry in 25 F weather while wearing only a thermal base layer underneath; he didn't even use the fleece sweatshirt he brought with him as a mid-layer. The built-in wrist covers with the thumb holes were a pleasant surprise. They help stretch the fit if the sleeves are a bit short for your arms. It has plenty of pockets with zippers for ski pass, phone, etc. He was excited about the snow skirt for when he goes sledding. He keeps telling me he is excited to ski again because he gets to wear this coat. 😄 ... show more

This is THE winter jacket I have been looking for for a while now. It’s roomy, warm, and most of all, perfect. I have been out in the cold air of Southern Cali for almost two weeks, and this is the REAL DEAL! I know, I know…Cali doesn’t get cold! Well, I can tell you it actually does. It may not get as cold as the Midwest or the East Coast, but for me, 30’s and 40’s is bone chilling cold! Anyway, I’ve been testing it in the elements as they come along, and so far, things have been great. I’ve been warm and dry every time I wear it. I’m contemplating getting one for my girlfriend, because she’s looking to steal mine. All in all, definitely worth the price, no matter how much it is. Great jacket. Great quality. Great price. Just got back from spending 4 days in Park City, Utah and this jacket got the job done even in the 9 degree mornings. Didn't use the hood but could see how it would be beneficial if it would stow away in the collar. The only bad thing I can say about this jacket is that the cuffs have a Velcro size adjuster but the sides don't stick together and there will be flaps of Velcro hanging out. I fixed this but it was definitely annoying! Other than that it's a great jacket and I would highly recommend it

It’s cozy, fits just right to the size, and best of all, it keeps you warm in cold weather! Oh! You can take the hood off if you don’t need it at the time. Keeps your neck area warm, and the pockets inside and outside are great to put your wallet, cellphone, and even your cigarettes on them.
