Great tonneau cover for an amazing price! Hard top tri cover that is rated to hold 300lbs evenly distributed on top. Has 4 latches on panel section closer to the cab of the truck, then the other two panels both have 2 latches each underneath and can only be opened when bed tailgate is opened. Secure and worry free that no one can get to your belongings. I replaced the cheap black plastic drain lines. One of mine came with a crack. I bought thick clear PVC tubing at Home Depot for like $10 that matched the inside diameter of the stock lines. Fit like a glove and will last longer with no leaks. Overall I like this cover. It was a breeze to install by myself. Definitely read the instructions all the way through before you begin as their instructions are a little out of sequence when it comes to the clamps and stops. My only issue was the fit at the tailgate. I had to shim the right side to get it to clear the top of the tailgate so it would close without clashing with the cover’s rail end plate. NOT completely water tight so if you’re hauling something that can’t get wet you’ll need to put it in a water tight container or bag. It does a fair job of keeping water out but not nearly perfect. UPDATE: After 2 years this is still the best accessory I have bought for my truck. I live in Michigan and get snow on it all the time and use a shovel to get the snow off. I was worried about scratches but no scratches for me. It’s super easy to adjust and I’ve actually taken it on an off a few times when you need it completely out of the way and it fits in your backseat. Out of all the products I have had and issues I have had this thing is perfect. Nothing to complain about and if you are on the fence the money you save in gas mileage should help make the decision easier. I can’t believe people spend twice as much for a worse product. Super easy install with a little help from YouTube. Works great at keeping water out and easy to use along with being a hard cover it clearly looks like a hardcover which is nice for protection. This cover is amazing, after having a soft tri-fold from gator, this cover blows it away. the quality of the hardware is fantastic(Extruded , not cast aluminum), Weatherstripping on everything, included Drain tube, should any water ACTUALLY make it past the seals.... both the rear and mid panels actually latch shut... no flopping or rattling at High speed. So far I haven't put more than 50 Lbs on top of it while it's closed. Install took about 30 minutes. It's been through a heavy downpour and No water made its way into the bed. BUY IT. ... show more

I purchased the G30461 recoil truck bed cover for a 2018 silverado 1500. The item fits well enough and it works. The installation was much more difficult than I anticipated because of the poor threading on the parts. Getting the screws through required extra "pressure" (wording from the install guide) to get started, but some would never go through. On the item I received the end cap set screw is extremely tiny and would never thread in. Also, the nylon screws to align the rails go through machined metal threads. So, if there are any imperfections (which there are), the nylon screw snags and you quickly strip the head. This basically makes that part useless. Additionally the product demo shows a strap to pull on the side to push/pull the top, but my unit does not have this. I have to pull a cord in the middle to release it and push it back. Which means I have to get into the bed to adjust. Not huge, but not what helped sell me the product. ... show more
