don't buy if you don't know how to sharpen chain saw useless. sorry found chain saw works great. Easiest pull start I have ever used. chain hard to find keep looking it's there. your sharping file sucks it's not harden steal.

In another review a gentleman stated "if you can't sharpen saws, then this is useless." This is very very not true. You can find replacement chains right here on Amazon, or if your like me and prefer to buy things locally, any Lowes, Home Depot, Small Engine shops, or Menards sells new bars and chains that do in fact work with this saw. That being said onto my review. I started my own tree removal business about 6 years ago now, I couldn't afford name brand saws right away, so I started with a DeReal Chainsaw. I think at the time I paid $140, with free overnight shipping. And let me tell you, it is worth every single penny. DeReal makes a hell of a saw. I thought they stopped selling them untill I saw this one. I'll probably buy at least 3-5 of these, and gift a few of em out to customers. This saw starts very easily, and is easy as it should be to maintain. The 1 and ONLY remotely negative thing I have to say about these saws is this: China has no concept of how to tighten bolts down. So before you run the saw for the first time, just go through it, and tighten every bolt or screw (except for carb adjustment screws) that you can see. (Don't take the whole thing apart, just hit what can be seen) Do that and this saw will run for ever. I've had mine for over 6 years now, and it keeps up with our STIHL equivalents all day everyday!!!! ... show more
