I got this product because All the reviews were saying how it gave them so much more energy during the day, that’s ultimately what I was looking for, but found that it makes me go right to sleep. First two days I took one pill in the morning and literally was so relaxed and drowsy, I took a four our nap - thank God it was the weekend. Now, I take one pill at night and I go and stay asleep fantastic. Taking one a day, I clearly feel more relaxed, less edgy in stressful situations at work. If I stop taking it for a few days, I fall back gradually into my old state of stress where my employees find me a bit tyranical as I don't tolerate their mistakes and slowness. I am therefore very positive about the effectiveness of these pills. But, they are too big to swallow. I take several supplements every day, and this one takes too much space.
