Absolutely love this bed. Been wanting a bed like this and this is much v more affordable than what I’ve seen in the past - about 1/4 of the price or less even than local stores. The vibrating/massage feature is relaxing after a stressful work day, especially if you or a family member has a sensory processing issue, this can really help. The nightlight under the bed is awesome. And the remote has a flashlight at the end. Multiple settings you can customize. The tv, lounge, and zero gravity settings are all great. I love this bed! Only thing I wished I would have gotten a memory foam mattress instead of a hybrid, but that has nothing to do with the bed. ... show more

I can't figure out how to link the remotes so one will control both. Tried looking online, nothing, emailed them and no answer back. If anyone knows, I would love to find out. I got one for my girlfriend's house also. Tried a different company first, as it was about $150 less, came in a very heavy box and lots of pieces to set up. No way that I could set it up alone. Do not buy this base! I repeat do not buy this base! I received my base first off with the box torn up. It could have been wrapped better. It was easy to assemble. Before we were even able to lay in the bed, the leg gave out. I asked company for replacement but no support and won’t refund. They tried to blame our assembly when it is the plastic defective legs. Now we’re out of $800 and a bed made for trash. I would never purchase from them and hope you save your money also! ... show more

I rarely leave reviews, however this seller deserves getting a review. I ordered this in the split King. You get sent 2 separate boxes, each box contains 1 XL twin. The shipments came a few days apart, so don't be alarmed if you only get 1 box, you'll get the second box soon after. I think it's an issue from shipping not the seller. Once I received everything I opened both boxes, one of the boxes during shipping must have had a piece cone loose and damage the control panel under the bed. I contacted the seller and sent photos of the damaged part. This seller has great customer service, I messaged and within 3 hours I got a response back. After explaining to them the issue, they sent me a new part. I installed it and forgot how to program the remote to the bed, so I messaged again for instructions and they responded within 2 hours. Now everything works perfectly and I'm very happy both sides work now. Product works as described, good quality, amazing customer service. Highly recommend getting this, I had been debating for a while whether to purchase a motorized split king and I'm so happy I finally did. Life changing, I enjoy sleeping on it. Side note, if you happen to have a memory foam bed and don't want to repurchase new mattresses, you can cut the king mattress down the middle and it does the job and saves money. ... show more
