  • Duel Fuel, Electric Start - 11050 Watt Generator
Color: Blue Size: 11050 Watts
This unit is heavy (200 Lbs.). Ease of assembly is a big plus. Suggest that installing the back bar be installed by tilting the unit over on the front, using your cardboard to keep it from getting scratches. Then lower it back to an upright position and install the wheels and handles.. I didn't use gasoline but used propane to start with. According to what the manual tells you to do is place the engine in the choke mode before starting. It wouldn't start that way. After taking it off choke and placing it in the run position, it started after a few seconds and we ran it for about 15 minutes. The quart of oil that comes with the generator is only enough to gets the oil level up to the low mark. I'll be adding enough to get it in the (xxxx) level. Over all, this is a very robust generator and will come in handy if the power goes out. Great price for the watts. No it's not a Honda EU7000is which is going for $5,799.99 plus tax and only is rated at 6,000 watts on LP gas and 7,000 watts on gasoline; at the time of this review. ... show more

  • Great machine

I haven’t used it yet but it must be a fantastic purchase. First class workmanship. The only drawback (for me) is the weight (200+ lbs).

  • Remember. This larger generator will use more fuel than 5250. Adds up

Sharp looking generator. Starts easy. Well built. It is on the bigger side. Heavy.

  • Rip Off - Terrible Product
Color: Blue Size: 11050 Watts
Out of the box this generator didn't start. I followed all the instructions to the letter. I even tried to pull start and the handle crumbled in my hand then had a sharp shard of hard plastic forcing me to use a glove to try to start. If you buy this, be prepared to find a junkyard nearby and sell it for the very small amount of metal it contains. ... show more

  • No issues, but not a Ford..
Color: Blue Size: 11050 Watts
I haven't really stressed the unit, but works great so far. Don't be fooled, though. This is a customized Pulsar generator. Made in "Asia", and not Detroit. Seems to be of good quality, and looks great. Does have a less common 220v plug outlet. Not hard to find, but could be a consideration if you are replacing an old unit. You may need to replace your rv cord end. ... show more

  • Not impressed with it’s condition
Color: Blue Size: 11050 Watts
The packaging was good when I received it, however the generator came pretty scratched up. I will now have to paint over the scratches to prevent rust. The battery was dead and didn’t have enough power to turn over the engine. I’m worried the battery took damage from it being dead for so long. After seeing the visual damage, I am worried what other damage it may have that I can’t see and will pop up during a power outage. It doesn't start on Propane, I have to put Gasoline in first let it run for a few minutes then I can switch it over to propane. I feel like it is not that loud for a generator this size. I really liked the fact that all the tools to assemble were provided. I was able to get it all ready in under 10 minutes. ... show more
