I have a medela pump in style maxflow and the Manuel Mandela pump and the flange inserts fits in both flanges (comes with both inserts). It feels comfortable and easy to put in as well, fits snug so you know they wont easily slip out and comfortable when pumping. I bought these as a backup, I usually use the momcozy ones and they are still my preference but I use these when those are dirty and I don’t want to take the time to wash and sterilize that moment. They fit my Medela flanges snug, however they are a loose fit for both my Ameda, and my MC V1. They do the job but they move with the pump whereas my MC ones don’t. ... show more
