Love it, fits like a glove. Adds weight 12 oz. Light protection. This is not a rugged case. Reasonably stable for typing on a table top w virtual keyboard, but don’t expect a rock solid stand. Cover protects ipad from light scratches, all sides except exposed camera glass. May want to buy a camera glass cover separately. Pencil 2nd gen is held securely and charges at the same time. I was always worried the pencil will fall off and I will lose it one of these days while putting it in/out of bags. So that’s one worry removed. Buttons are covered w rubber, feels a bit squishy but works. Good price. Meets all of my expectations in a cover. Adds minimal bulk, so can be used on physical tablet stands w cover attached. ... show more

Having recently purchased the iPad cover, I must admit that my expectations were not entirely met. The material of the cover doesn't seem as sturdy as I had hoped, raising concerns about its long-term durability. What disappointed me the most was the lack of firmness in the cover. When holding my iPad with the cover, I noticed that the flap doesn't securely stay in place, which is crucial for proper device protection. I was expecting higher quality in these aspects. Overall, the perceived fragility of the material and the absence of a secure hold in the cover make me question the durability and effectiveness of this product. I bought this case over a year ago and it's still in great shape! I travel with my iPad constantly. The case is a little frayed on the corners (Photo 1) , and some of the color on the raised parts has worn off a bit, but it still looks pretty much like new and has not lost any functionality. It's slim, but protects my iPad beautifully. I'm impressed! The "latch" is magnetic, so when you open it it wakes up, and when you close it it goes to into sleep mode. The iPad is very easy to get in and out of the case, but still holds it securely. Two things that are not so great: 1) The case has a compartment for an Apple Pencil on the right side of the iPad. It's very tricky to get the Apple Pencil out of the holder without touching the screen of the iPad and changing the page! To fix this, I cut a notch in the compartment to make the pencil more accessible (pictures 2 and 3). This solved the problem and the case still holds the Apple Pencil securely. 2) The cover can be folded to support the iPad in landscape orientation (picture 3) at an angle that's great for watching movies and such. But it's not very stable, and sometimes falls, especially on an airplane experiencing turbulence. Overall, I'm very happy with this case and would recommend it to you. Buy it! ... show more

    • Beautiful Case with Some Drawbacks

I was looking for a cute case for my newly bought iPad Pro because I wanted to make sure it'd be protected from my clumsiness but still look pretty. My main criteria was to get a clear case but still have a pop of color and this was the only one the fit that bill. Additionally, I needed a case which could still charge an apple pencil in a silicone cover. On arrival, the packaging for the cover was dirty on the inside due to some unidentifiable brown flecks in the sealed packaging. Additionally, there was a stain on seam where the TPU meets the faux leather material which could not be completely cleaned off with a damp microfiber cloth. Furthermore, on the inside of the felt/microfiber liner of the cover there were black spots but were easily brushed off. Aesthetically, the cover part of case is very pretty looking in the right lighting, but don't expect it do be glittery and shiny if you're buying one of the marble cases. The colors match the pictures and the print quality of the actual image itself on the fake leather is good enough to not be noticeably pixelated but you can tell the image printed isn't that high of resolution. The bumper and the crystal back are rigid enough and durable enough to survive a drop but the cover will likely take SIGINIFICANT damage. I have accidentally bumped this case into the edges of my monitor and it cut into the material of the cover just a little bit. I would like to note that the bumper, as seen in the picture, does not cover the left side of the iPad and this might be an issue of you happen to drop your iPad on a non-flat surface. Buttons are tactile enough that you know you are pressing down the button but still feel slightly mushy. The pen slot does still charge and fit an apple pencil 2nd generation that is in a thin silicone sleeve. However, keep in mind that it will be harder to remove the pen from the slot because of the tighter fit and extra grip from the silicone. The magnets on the cover are strong enough to keep the cover on upside down and also keep the cover secure when you want to prop the iPad up for a nicer writing or viewing experience. As other amazon reviews have indicated, the case is somewhat easy to pop off but this was to be expected with a slim case. However, the product I received had no issue with staying it its case from normal usage and even when shaking the case upside down. This does not mean the product you will receive won't have the issue others have experienced as this may be result of a quality control issue. Overall, the product is probably the best looking slim case on the market that has these nice prints/patterns. However, it's held back from the easy popping out (which may be an issue but for me it wasn't), the quality control of the storage/packaging (mine was dirty), durability of the cover (easily scratches up), and not all of the iPad being protected* (tpu doesn't go all the way around the iPad). *Fintie does sell a version which does have a TPU bumper that goes around the entire iPad but does not have the crystal back and is made of a softer TPU material which makes me question how protected the iPad is. ... show more
