I almost didn't order this since I still have one of those vintage blue square shaped Twist & Tone exercisers from decades ago which I hadn't used in ages, but when I saw this FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc one I thought it looked kinda cool and I had read the reviews for it which were very positive so I decided to go ahead & give it a try! I'm really happy I did order it because I love this and it is soooooo much better (and much more fun!) than my old square Twist & Tone! This FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc is the perfect size for my feet and I absolutely love the massage nodes with magnets which is something the old square Twist & Tone did not have...plus the FigureTrim Twist Exercise Disc moves so much more smoother too....what a big difference!!! I am really super-happy with it and I love being able to use it pretty much anytime & anywhere.....while watching TV or listening to music....it's great!! This morning I got up & planned to do a quick 10 minute workout while I listened to music on my phone through my headphones before anyone else woke up....next thing I knew 45 minutes had passed by & my pedometer had logged in over 2,000 "steps" (although I wasn't actually stepping, but it still counted my "twists"...lol), I definitely worked up a sweat and I could really feel it working my waistline too....yes, it is fun! I think it is made well, seems durable enough that it will last for quite a while, so it is definitely worth the price! This is something I will be using everyday in addition to my other exercises....my daughters really enjoy using it too so I may end up having to buy a couple more of these! :) ... show more

I love this especially if you're wanting to get a quick work out in. It only takes about 7 to 10 minutes a day. All you do is step on it and twist. I like that it arrives in the mail assembled and that it is made of good quality. Just watch your balance, at first make sure there is a nearby piece of furniture you can hold on to. I’m a senior and I got this to improve range of motion in my back. This is a fun way to do that. First go I was a bit wobbly but by day 2 I was twisting away. Super fun! Smooth functioning and barely any noise.

It isn't as smooth as I had hoped, and it barely fits my size 10 women feet. It also had a squeak that comes and goes. I am not that big of a person, so it isn't from excessive weight.

I like the product a lot. I'm 120 lbs and my feet fit in but just enough. A little larger would be better. But it's very smooth and very enjoyable. I've only had it a few days so can't tell if my abs will be trimmer using it but it's certainly better than sitting and watching TV. There are times when my heart rate goes up but not every time.
