We installed this tub 6 months ago and here is my review. Love it!!! Nicely built, not flimsy feeling, good looking, really like the built in overflow and pop up drain has works great. We didn't use the cheap plumbing flexible hose that shipped with the tub, we went for a professional install with our plumber and super happy with the results with zero worries that it will last for many years of tub use without issue. We could've done a DIY install with the supplied flexible hose hookup and probably saved a lot of money but it really feels a bit too temporary for something that is so permanent in your bathroom and difficult to access. So we went the pro install route. I wasn't sure how I would feel about the wings (those indents built into the tub) they aren't really listed as arm rests but can be used that way for a second person or just a different sitting position. I really like and use them quite a lot...they're really handy for a bar of soap, drink, glass of wine or anything you like without having to use a free standing tub caddy placed over the tub, we actually have a caddy and I rarely use it, and so this tub really fits our needs in that respect. I do recommend this tub in terms of comfort, price and design. We love it!!! ... show more

Product arrived on time and in perfect condition. As far as the installation we had a contractor install the tub it seems he had no problems. As far as the tub it’s self is absolutely wonderful. It’s real soaking tub. I am 6’1 about 160 lbs. so obviously I have some long legs and I fit in this tub with no problems. My husband is even taller and still no problems. And my daughter used it as well when we were on vacation she is 5’7 and about 250lbs and she said it was the best tub she has ever been in. It also retains the heat very well. I love this tub! We just remodeled our bathroom and replaced the old jetted garden tub with this beautiful freestanding tub. It’s so deep and keeps the water hot for so long! We had a glitch the first week after installing when we realized there was a crimp in the gasket/seal under the drain/stopper. Called FerdY Customer Service and Michelle took care of us. The gasket has been replaced and al is good. This is the perfect soaker tub!!! ... show more

Love: It is so light and easy to move It looks great! Very Deep! It fits perfectly in our small space. Dislike: The tub filler was a bit of a hassle for our plumber, but after running new lines, it worked out great. We had some old stuff going on. Because it is so light, without water in it, it could move. We are going to put a clear sealant around the bottom. ... show more

Beautiful tub. It keeps the hot water hot for a long time. Arrived on time. Easy purchase process. My Husband is 6 ft tall. He fits just fine. Easy clean up. Wipe it down after use. It will develop a ring. Looks great with telephone faucet. Ours is in the wall,but you can fix it to the tub too.
