It arrived faster than expected and was easy to use from the start. I tried each of the lamps and found that the acne one wasn't working. I emailed the company's customer service and was surprised how quickly they got back to me. They ended up sending 2 replacements! 1 Acne lamp and then 1 of my choosing. Amazing. I've tried all 3 lamps now, using 1x per week for the past 4 weeks for hair removal and skin rejuvenation, then as needed for acne. Noticeable differences in hair removal. There's still plenty of hair, but less overall and slower grow time. I used the acne lamp on a bump on my cheek as well as preventative along my chin where I tend to break out. 1 pimple on my chin did show up, but it resolved much more quickly and was smaller than usual. The skin resurfacing I wanted for the broken capillaries on my cheeks, as well as dark spots. I'm seeing a lot of improvement with the spots, the broken capillaries seem to be improving but are still visible. I will keep using it for the recommended 8 treatments as I think it's worth seeing it through to the end. ... show more

I am really happy I purchased this device. The display on my first device stopped working properly after 11 uses. I contacted customer service, on a Sunday, and they replied within one hour - on a Sunday! The replacement device arrived at my home 5 days later. As for my results - I am 61, have spent a lot of time in the sun and I have the brown spots to prove it. Needless to say I bought the device for skin rejuvenation. My brown spots have not disappeared, but they have faded quite a bit. I notice some improvement after each use. I am VERY pleased. ... show more

    • Does NOT work for broken capillaries- seller won't refund full amount
The product description states the device is effective on broken capillaries and 1-7 treatments are needed. I've used this device weekly for the past 7 weeks. There has been ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE in the capillaries. This product is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Upon attempting to return, I was advised that I will not get a full refund. What a SCAM! ... show more

    • Amazing Home IPL
I love this product so much, and bummed out that I didn't find and purchase it sooner than I did. I have gotten a lot of professional IPL treatments and have spent a lot of money on them. In my opinion, this is such a better solution. You maintain all the control and save a ton of money. It's obviously not as strong as IPL treatments from professional equipment done at the spa or dermatologist's office, but I feel like it's almost safer. I have walked out of the doctor's office with blisters because the treatment was set too strong or the technicians might not have always been very experienced, and now I'm using this to correct some of things that were a result of the professional treatments. If you follow the instructions, you will not be disappointed. It might take more treatments, but you will very happy. And the beauty of it is that you only have to pay for it once! It has worked wonders on my brown spots, sun damage and redness. My skin has never looked better. I also want to add the the customer service is better than almost any customer services that I have ever experienced. Maybe it's a UK thing or maybe it's just this company, but they helped me with any issues that I had immediately.     • Not sure if it works yet, but fantastic customer service
I had an issue with one of my heads (the skin rejuvenation head) - the one I purchased the Faustina for to begin with. And even though we had Brexit issues getting me the replacement the customer service team worked hard and ultimately got a replacement to me. Thank you so much team!

    • Almost perfect
I actually purchased this to use on my sunspots on my face but have found that it works much better for hair removal. But it really works best on areas with fine hairs. After just a couple months of use, my armpit hair is gone! There is definite improvement in my legs and bikini line as well, but in the bikini area where the hair is coarse, I’m seeing no difference whatsoever and I use the highest setting always. I can’t make any comments about the acne settings as I haven’t used it for that purpose. I’m still hoping to see some results with the skin rejuvenation lamp, but so far I’m just not seeing what I was hoping to see. Still, I’m very happy that I no longer need to shave my armpits, and my legs are down to once a week. So I still have hope :) ... show more

    • This IPL device really works!!!
I love this! I have been watching the at-home device industry for an IPL that will work on broken capillaries for years. Well, this one actually works to get rid of those tiny red veins on your face! I’ve had broken capillaries treated at spas and dermatologist’s office and they do go away, but I will always have an issue with new ones returning. Because I’m prone to getting broken capillaries, knowing new ones will always surface, it was imperative for me to have an at-home IPL so that I don’t have to continually be seen at a spa or dermatologist’s office. I’ve been waiting for something like this for years! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the FAUSTINA 3-IN-1 IPL. It really breaks up the broken capillaries after several treatments. It works wonders as a skin rejuvenation IPL. Overall, my skin is brighter and almost all the redness has disappeared. I couldn’t be happier. It is also amazing for hair removal. I tested it out by treating my left leg, not my right, and there is a dramatic difference. The hair is about 75% gone on my treated leg. I’m certain with a couple more treatments, all the hair will be gone. I’ve only had this device for a couple months, so I don’t know about long-term hair removal effects. It’s worked so well so far at now only needing to shave small patches on my treated leg, that I’m very confident I won’t need to shave at all after additional treatments. This is a must have for anyone looking for a skin rejuvenation/hair removal at-home IPL. I haven’t tested the acne lamp as I don’t have acne. ... show more
