The duvet cover print and colors look great in my room. I wish the material was a bit less wrinkley and I wish there were more than 4 corner ties on the inside. When I put the comforter in the cover it takes a bit to get it evenly distributated. I think securing it in more places may help with that. It washed up nicely and it really brightened up my room. Okay so the print is exactly as pictured, and yes it is only the duvet cover and pillow shams for anyone confused. You WILL need a white duvet to get that bright white look, when I first opened the box I was concerned as the sheet looked like it was a bad print with gray mixed in- I then realized that it was the color from the underside showing through to the top. So while it would be nice if the company had put a white backing on the pattern, a white duvet insert will also fix the issue. Second, it is 100% cotton but it's not the presoftned kind. It doesn't feel exactly itchy but it doesn't have that soft, worn in feel you're used to if you had microfiber or polyester. Don't worry, a couple washes will fix this. Third, the solid color on the back is not sage green at all. I knew it wouldn't be from the photos but in person it's even more of a gray-blue color, not a hint of green which is made more obvious against my actual sage green sheets (see 2nd photo), and honestly that's pretty disappointing. Why wouldn't they have the solid back color at least kind of match the green leaves or vibe of the print? Where did they pull blue from? I had liked the solid color backing because it means less white surface area to possibly stain but the color choice really has be questioning it. Lastly, and most annoying issue- the pillow shams. For some insane reason the pillow shams only have the little decorative frill on 3 side, the bottom is frill-less which increases the chance of that blue-gray backside peeking through. Also on my specific pillow shams the pattern is printed upside down. As per the proflduct photo the eucalyptus leaves are supposed to arch up, I positioned my comforter as such only to realize that on my pillows the eucalyptus point down. Because there is only frills on three sides this can't just be fixed by flipping the pillow around. I'm hoping I can get in contact with customer service to fix this issue because it will drive me batty. Oh also side note, there were more loose threads than I would have preffered on the duvet cover, I cut them and I'm hoping that will prevent any unraveling but definitely not a welcome sight on a new product It went through the first wash just fine and I'll have my first sleep in it tonight but since it's just the duvet and my sleep personally depends more on the insert and my flat sheet- I don't forsee any issues. ... show more
