I have a 2009 2.5L Subaru Impreza. I deleted the resonator and muffler and it was just too loud and raspy, so I had a small 12” cherry bomb welded in place of the original resonator and that toned it down a little and helped with the raspiness some but it was still too loud. So I ordered this and the day it arrived I went up and had it welded on at the rear of the car, infinitely better sound and it completely eradicated the rasp and deepened the exhaust note. I’m curious how it will sound after a few driving cycles when the fiberglass packing breaks in more. ... show more

I like the way the muffler sounds, makes my car sound better, but after having them for half a year they have started to rust, I’m not surprised since they are pretty cheap, but pretty nice mufflers overall.
