    • Great intermediate quilting and sewing machine
I have been more than happy with the EverSewn QE. It does not jiggle at high speeds because it is solid and heavy (but not hard to move). Sewing is much easier and more natural with the knee lift. The thread cutter saves time and frustration. I went out on a limb getting a machine that was created by a new company. I think this company will be around for a long time. This machine looks slick and updated. It works like a dream. (I heard that the grandson of the gentleman who started Bernina is EverSewn's creator. Even if that's not true, this machine has impressed me greatly.) As a bonus, I got the extension table for less than $50 from Missouri Star Company. My 10-year old Baby Lock would have needed a custom extension table for over $100. I am an amateur quilter with years of quilting and sewing experience. I have used Bernina (as a kid), Kenmore ( in college through my mid 30s), Brother (when times were lean. [It was terrible.]) and Baby Lock (as times got better) before upgrading to the EverSewn QE.     • No Twin Needle feature on an EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLAR machine? Whaaaaaat???
I've been sewing for a long, long, long time; and this is the first time in my life I've ever come across a sewing machine that isn't compatible with a twin needle. I mean, yes, the fancy stitches are pretty; and yes, the 8" throat would have been convenient for quilting, compared to the little Brother model I've been using since God was a boy. But the extra space means bupkiss when you can't do something as basic as hem a pair of pants on it. At an $800 price point, it really needs to adapt to a twin needle (it doesn't) and come with a walking foot (it doesn't) and include a quilting table extension (nope). Oh, sure. You can buy a foot kit for $79.99 and a table for another $119.00; but then you're up to $1,000.00 on a machine that won't let you shorten pants. There are far better machines to be found in the sewist's lair. Heed my advice, crafty friends. Buy something else. ... show more

    • Sparrow QE- LEMON! Buyer beware!!
I purchased my QE in February,2023 and now it's July,2023 and the machine has issue with sewing. When I tried to sew ,it will sew 7 or 8 stitches then stops and I get an error message indicating the thread on upper or bottom is not matching. I rethreaded the bobbin and upper twice and I still receive this error message. I contacted Ever Sewn and they sent me a questionnaire about the machine and I cannot get a hold of any one to help trouble shoot this issue. So now, I have to take this machine in to a repair shop. Very disappointed in the customer service at Ever Sewn and that now iam without a sewing machine. This is forcing me to get another machine so that I can continue with my sewing projects. I spent good money on this machine for it to not work after 5 months is not right. I will definitely go else where to purchase another sewing machine. ... show more

    • Great machine for the money!
Fantastic machine for quilting and piecing. It has everything I need and was easy to learn. Needle threader works great and the knee lift and automatic thread cutter are features I find really useful. Great value! ("But no twin needle!" lady needs to chill...I've never used a twin needle in my life and I can still hem a pair of pants.) ... show more

    • Easy to use, got a great machine for a relatively low price
I have owned several pricey sewing machines and I am impressed. Good quality stitches, no tension problems. I have tried all the stitches. Needle threader is easy to use but read the instructions people. Very good quality. Machine is quiet and sews quietly. If you are a quilter this is a very nice machine. 1/4 inch marked on plate!!!! About time some one did that. Worth the price. Bought the extension table, LOVE this machine. Great quality for the price ... show more

    • Machine has quit, this is second letter
The machine worked for about three weeks, and then the auto threaded started to stick in the down position. I was always able to get it to release, but it is STUCK IN AN ODD POSITION and is completely frozen in place. THE MACHINE IS COMPLETELY NON FUNCTIONAL. I NEED HELP…A REFUND WOULD BE BEST. I will return it to you gladly, but I NEED THE MONEY BACK so I can find another machine. It quit me at the most inconvenient time, as I’m getting my holiday sewing started..PLEASE HELPME.
