I reached out to their customer service and once I sent them pictures if the poles, they started to work on a solution. easy to assemble as long as you have 2 people. I did it alone and it took twice the effort. Tried again with help and got it up and ready in 15 min. It was harder getting back into the bag than it was to set up (kidding) Good price and seems like a fairly good screen house. Very roomy. Set this up myself and should mention I have a few health problems so it wasn't very easy but it was possible. Better with a helper. I did notice that this tent let a lot of sun inside! Kind of wish that it offered more shade than it actually did. Had it up for a little over a month and yesterday we had a t storm that shredded the poles and screens. Tent was destroyed. My coleman that I had up last year lasted several months through stronger bad weather. I think the poles on this one were thicker and more riggid but the thinner ones on my coleman actually seemed better because they had some give to them. Very disappointed in this screenhouse. Oh, i also needed to buy better tent pegs to keep this up. The metal ones enclosed were useless in the ground here in MA, kept popping out. ... show more

Not sure how long these screen tents are supposed to last but after two seasons this tent is completely dry rotted. Not repairable
