I really like the way my hair feels when I use the shampoo and then conditioner. When I wash my hair it does not feel striped but does feel clean. I sometimes use everyday. Three or four pumps of shampoo sometimes washing twice and three pumps of conditioner once. I wish the bottles came in bigger sizes for better prices and please mail in better packaging. The shampoo bottle had some dents. The product was fine just the bottle. Thank goodness the conditioner came in a plastic bag or it would have been a mess. I tried this on my dark brown hair to help with the mineral deposits left on my hair from our water. Anyway, I literally fell in love. Leaves my hair smelling great n looking amazing. Soft n full of volume which I love. Now going to subscribe n save for future purchases!

Not sure about actual product because I’ve only used it once but pump on bottle doesn’t work despite twisting, turning, pulling, etc. had to take pump off to get to product and it’s a super thick consistency-much like cream cheese. It smells nice and seems to condition well but the difficulty getting it out of the container will keep me from buying it again. ... show more

Makes my hair very soft and smooth after using it. It brings out my blond a lot as well and if you follow the directions by leaving it in for the time it says it really makes a difference! I do only use it twice a week though because it is a small bottle
