This is a wonderful little machine! It fits tiny places, is easy to move around, and does a good job of drying the clothes. I mainly wanted it for sheets, towels, & lightweight blankets. I washed my 2 tablecloths and 4 chair covers tonight. Within a couple of hours, they were back in place clean and free of cat hair. I dried the load in two batches, first the tablecloths and then the 4 chair covers. Both dried very quickly. It is very, very quiet. I barely hear it running at all. It makes my window AC sound like a jet plane. Perfect for small spaces and renters. I was trying to figure out how to vent it to the outside and in the process ordered a window vent that was misrepresented in the description and had to return it. I closed the window a little hard in frustration and can't get it open again. Now what? I thought about rolling it outside when I'm using it, but didn't want the hassle. I finally just decided to try it vented indoors and it really didn't heat the house up at all. Maybe in the high summer heat, but for an evening load in the 70s outside it was fine. I might just get the indoor dryer vent. But in all honesty, I didn't see any lint blowing out of the vent. Maybe with towels that will be different. Overall, I am so happy I ordered this dryer. I can't say it better than another reviewer who said it perfectly already when she wrote it improved the quality of her life dramatically. It sure does! No more "ghosts" made of sheets hanging all over the place with fans blowing on them (ghosts hanging from ceiling fans, doorways, over exercise equipment, clothes racks, the occasional lampshade, etc.) No more wet clothes that take so long to dry they start to smell funny. It does a great job getting the cat hair off everything too. Just need to clean the lint trap regularly. I won't be embarrassed anymore if someone stops by. Just buy one! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got the larger capacity dryer ( 13. Something pounds). It was extremely well packaged, in fact had two think pieces of wood at the ends. It took me longer to unpack it than it did to set it up. Just a note for the dyslexic and perplexed ( like l was) The instruction manual is in the drum of the dryer. It took me a while to figure out how to get the darned door open. For those who find themselves similarly perplexed there is an indented handle on the inner ring of the door on the right. Once you find that it’s easy to open and the instruction manual is inside. It was very easy to set up and does come with a vent hose. You just need to buy something to put on the end. If you watch the video l got this off Amazon too and you just put water in it. This dryer performs like a champ. It actually does much better than my old full sized dryer. My friend, who is a clutz, managed to break my dryer a month ago. Because l have so much crap in my basement ( where the dryer is) l couldn’t order a replacement because there isn’t a path in due to all the junk. I ordered this one and it is in my back room. I have had it for 3 days and, because l had a months worth of laundry, it has been going none stop. It dries my clothes faster than my old dryer and is very quiet. I love the display and it gives a little buzz when the load is done. With the exception of a blanket all my loads were completely dry by about 2/3rds into the cycle. The only thing l would change about it is the lint filter. I am old and have terrible arthritis and l have to get on my hands and knees to empty the lint filter, which is in the back of the drum. This unit fits perfectly under the counter to replace my useless dish washer. It works on a standard 115V 15 circuit. I am pleased with the unit's size, efficiency, noise level, and modern looks. Moreover, there was an issue with the unit I received due to shipping damage - a dent and a dislocated drum belt. I'd contacted the vendor's customer service and was treated nicely. I received my dryer a week ago, 2-3 days earlier than expected. My young grandsons easily unboxed it and put it in place. It holds more clothes than I expected and dries everything in a reasonable amount of time. My clothes are fluffy and wrinkle free. It’s fairly quiet when running and overall I’m very satisfied with the end results! It is large and efficient enough to keep up with laundry for my family of 4. There was/is a minor mechanical issue: the drive belt squeaks briefly on startup and when the dryer flips/reverses during the cycle. This doesn’t seem to adversely affect the functionality of the dryer. I contacted the company by email and was very surprised, they responded within a few hours and were very eager to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. The dryer arrived securely packaged, which impressed me. It comes with the lint filter installed, a exhaust connector, a 3 inch plastic vent hose, 2 wall spacers, and 2 wall hangers, all the screws you need and a manual. Installation is easy depending upon how you want to install the machine. I've been using this dryer for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with how it works. My clothes come out dry and wrinkle free. It is easy to use but there is a bit of a learning curve when using the different settings. You will have to try out the different settings to see which setting you like best. My only criticism is I would like this dryer better if the lint filter was not on the back wall and a 4 in venting hose is used. I also find it puzzling why a plastic vent hose is included when the manual states "only a ridged or flexible metal duct shall be used". I have the dryer installed on top of a long, sturdy table for the height and I use the other end for folding clothes. It is a good dryer and I'm happy with how it dries my clothes. It does take longer to dry clothes because it does not use a 220 line. ... show more
