You can attach more then 2 pads to the unit, but you can only select one area to work on at a time (for example your neck, arm, leg, etc.) The intensity is also adjustable. I like that there are more than one or two pads you can use at a time. I originally bought this for back issues, but when my achellis tendonitist got a bit much recently, I used them on the ankle and calf and it worked like a charm. I needed a magnifiyer to read the instructions, so i wrote them out on an index card and keep it with the tool. Other than that one issue, I don't have any. You can use eight pads at a time, long cords, different levels at once. Set myself up for a massage, watch tv until pain is gone. The versatility is great. The hardware is very good quality. It doesn't feel like a cheap toy the way some do. It's very simple and easy to use. TENS only, no EMS. With that simplicity comes some limitations. There are 2 channels but you can only vary the intensity, not the program. So for example you can't run the shoulder program on one channel and leg on the other. You could run both channels on the leg program and vary the intensity. It's okay for me. I really only use the accupuncture setting. I like this unit and use it alot. I have multiple herniated discs and sciatica I have tried many tens units and this one is the absolute best. It's rechargeable not battery operated which is a plus. It charges fast and holds a charge for very long. It has multiple settings that cater to multiple different body parts. I put it on shuffle and it works wonders. I wear it while I'm at work and just turn it on as needed. You can plug in multiple attachments and work different parts of your body at the same time each with their own level of intensity. I thought for sure the low price would end up being a cheap pile of junk... It is not! this is actually a very good product and works as it should. VERY powerful! for such a small device. I can't turn it all the way up! The pads adhere very well and havent had one peel off on its own yet. Best time to put on is after a shower. for the most part, if you can reach the spot on your body, you can stick these on yourself. Due to its small compact size you can wear in public as well. i do not advise while driving as it will cause muscles to flex or jerk.     • Effective and Easy-to-Use Pain Reliever.
Immediate tip for potential buyers: have a habit of cleansing the skin area and avoid products like lotion before use. The oil on your skin may significantly reduce the adhesion of the pads. Itโ€™s easy to use. Plug in the wires, attach the pads, turn on the device, choose your target muscle and massage type, indicate the time (10-minute intervals up to 60 minutes) and pump up the volume! Charging the device is pretty fast granted that the cable is not your average lightning phone charger cable. The only thing Iโ€™m a bit disappointed about is that you canโ€™t have more than one targeted muscle selected as well as different massage type, while youโ€™re using the device to massage more than one muscle group. Thereโ€™s a port A and a port B where you can attach the electric cables but if I want to massage my left side lower back and right side shoulder I canโ€™t choose the shoulder button for port A and back button for port B. Either that, or I didnโ€™t read the user manual so Iโ€™m clueless ๐Ÿ™ƒ But overall, I love the simplicity of this device. I still donโ€™t know if the targeted muscle area buttons are useful at all but the massage types are very effective. Itโ€™s worth the purchase and I see myself using this for a while.
