It comes with the charging cable, a brush, and two removable heads (one epilator, one shaver) I have really coarse hair that I’ve always opted for waxing as that kinda slows down my hair growth , but I usually get burned or get scabs from lifted skin. This epilator is AMAZING it hurts real bad but the skin you chose to epilate grows a tolerate to it. It feels exactly like tweezing. I have to go over some areas a couple of times to get the majority of the hair off, then with the crevasses like the knee, I go over with the shaver head bc the epilator doesn’t have that motion range. It’s loud, so if you’re like me that gets scared of loud noises, do it while watching tv or music it helps distract from the noise. The hair growth is really minimized with this epilator. The shaver doesn’t irritate my skin after I use it(no razor bumps) . Also disclaimer that when you use epilator, it will get irritated after use but goes back to its natural state after about a day(bc the hair was pulled from root so it’s a natural skin response) USE IT DRY When it arrived it came pre-charged as well GREAT ALTERNATIVE if you are tired of shaving(and hair growing back w/in that day) and waxing. So I normally never post reviews but I had to in this one, so I have PCOS and over the yrd have grown alotta thick hair on my chin and under. I was always embarrassed talking close to people bcuzbibknew they saw athe 5 o'clock shadow. WELL NOT ANYMORE! THIS EPILATOR HAVE REMOVED 95% OF THE HAIR ON MY CHIN, not gonna lie it hurt like he'll at first bcuz u didn't know what to expect but as h continue to use it hurts less and u adapt to it. I am so tired of shaving, it dries out my legs and I always get very painful and ugly razor burn. I have waxed at a salon but it is expensive, time consuming, and painful. Waxing at home did not give the best results and was also painful. So glad I got this epilator! It hurts less than waxing. I did soak legs in warm water and exfoliated then dried well before using. It really helped to pull skin taut when using. Did not work as well on finer hair on my thighs, nor on the very short hair just growing through skin. However, it is SO much better than any hair removal method I've tried, and my legs look hair free. There is some stubble I can feel with my hand, but they look great. I can finally moisturize my legs again, shaving was so irritating to my skin and applying lotion made it worse. I am 44 so have aging skin. This epilator did not once grab my skin and is pretty good and getting most of the hair in a couple passes. Love that it can be used plugged in or cordless. ... show more

I bought a cheap epilator a few years ago and it worked great. It started wearing out so I spent a little more to get this one. It’s terrible. It doesn’t work well and it’s strangely curved so the tweezer things don’t come close enough to the skin. You have to kind of push it into the skin for it to work. When I was doing so around my chin, it actually caught my skin up in it! It didn’t break the skin but it hurt! Also, the light is in a weird spot and doesn’t shine on the skin so not helpful. I didn’t use it right away and was just a couple days past the return window before I realized it sucked so now I’m stuck with it. ... show more
