This is not my first ebike from this manufacturer. The fact that I bought the same exact bike 2 years later should tell you that it's an excellent product. Pretty much bulletproof. But, as it's the second one, I did insist on some upgrades right out of the box that I would FIRMLY recommend. Let's talk about it. BUY PLENTY OF FULLY METALLIC BRAKE PADS. AS IN 6 PAIRS. It's just as important if not more so, to be able to stop as it is to be able to ride. THORN RESISTANT INNER TUBES. Keep the stocks as emergency spares. Same goes for the tires. REPLACE THE STOCK TIRES WITH SCHWALBE TIRES. Just trust me, keep the stocks as spares, they're not terrible. BIG COMFORTABLE SADDLE. Don't skimp on the saddle, the stock one is ok but it's about comfort so you can ride longer and further. STEM RISER NECESSARY. The stock stem is very short. Very short. And last but not least at all, HIGH GRADE FIREARM LUBRICANT FOR THE BEARINGS AND MOVING PARTS. You'll get thousands more miles by adding a professional grade metal conditioner. That being said, you will end up with one of the most formidable, long lasting, quality made and reliable ebikes around. Here's what I have been through with my first T-276: ran it into a FedEx truck at medium speed; had a head-on collision with another bike at full speed; hit a sidewalk curb at full speed and broke my humerus in 3 places; and got hit standing still by another ebikes doing around 16 mph (that broke my headlight). And to this day, that original bike is running flawlessly with over 3000 miles on it, has gone through 2 sets of tires, and the only thing keeping it from being in perfect shape is a very slight and imperceptible warp to the front tire from hitting that curb. Otherwise, no worse for wear, literally. Oh, I did have to replace the charger but no biggie. I just wanted a new one. I remember searching Amazon trying to find an ebikes that would not be a lemon or a toy. How would I know where to start? It's exhausting. Take my advice and make the small upgrades, and rest assured that you made the best decision: these bikes are golden. ... show more

I got a 350w mountain ebike last year with the regular tires and it was a lot of fun riding it to the beach past few months. Even though that has been a great ebike for me, it feels kind of bored after a while and also I saw lot of people at the beach are riding these fat tires bike, which are more trendy nowaday, which was the motivation for me to upgrade to this fat tires ebike. The bike came in a big carton box, and was carefully packed and all the important parts of the bike was individually foam wrap with zip tights to prevent any damages during transport. I didn't see a manual in the box, but I did watch the assembly instructional video on the listing, so it was very help and I was able to complete the front wheel, handle bar, saddle and pedals installation in about 15 minutes total. Everything was easy and straight forward during the assembly process. My first impression when riding it for the first time was that it was that it's huge, it was definitely heavier and bulkier than my regular mountain ebike. I'm 5 ft 7.5" and when I tried to get on this bike, I can barely touch the ground. This ebike is definitely not made for anyone under 5ft 7in tall. After spending an hour on it, I think i got the hang of it and getting more used to it. With the fat tires, the riding was much smoother, the ride feels actually sturdier, especially when turning. This ebike has built-in hydraulic suspension so going through small pot holes or speed bumps or dips feel much less bumpy than my other ebike. The bigger 500w motor definitely feels stronger, it has more torque and power, no issue when attempting to climb a high slope hill. One of the best feature of this ebike is the built-in ignition key, which is used to enable or disable the electric motor and control (still requires a bike lock to prevent it from being stolen, but at least with this key ignition system, it'd prevent other people from messing with my bike). The built-in front headlight is pretty bright at night, and has about 10 to 15 ft projection range. Another cool feature is that it has a built-in electric honk, decent volume, which is good enough to alert people nearby. Overall, I think this bike is worth it, even though it's a little bit on the expensive side compare to regular tires ebike, it was an awesome upgrade for me. Can't wait for the weekend so I can take it to the beach for the first time. ... show more

DO NOT BUY! bought this bike $346. and I paid $190. To ship. I was hit on my motorcycle, So I can't ride. I bought this strictly so I didn't need to Peddle the display screen went dead in 3 short rides. I had to buy a new screen out of pocket!
