I love these mugs (the white ones are my favorite)! They look just like the picture with 3 different shades of white to gray and 2 of each. The design is really cute and the outside feels like smooth nail polish enamel. They hold a large or small cup from the Keurig with enough room for half and half. The stand is really sturdy and keeps the mugs lined up so nice on the counter top which is a big space saver. I like the way it looks organized and not haphazardly balanced on the rack! ... show more

They are absolutely beautiful coffee mugs, I gotta say. The style is quite interesting, and the color scheme is simple, and I like that. The only issues I've had is that one of the mugs has a slight defect just below the handle. It appears to be a popped bubble in the glazing process I would assume...? It's really no big deal though. It's only less than a millimeter in size. But kinda "jagged". Other than that, the other mugs seem to be just fine! The only other issue was that the stand was literally cracked at the base straight out of the box. No big deal though, I mean I had some super glue on hand and that seemed to fix it just fine. Just a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, they're great mugs, hold a great amount of coffee and look beautiful, and the stand is quite elegant in it's own right! The only issue being that QC should probably inspect these a bit closer! Regardless, still a great buy, and I am certainly satisfied! ... show more

There was a mishap when I initially received the product but the manufacturer worked with me promptly to send me a replacement cup. As during shipping one of the cups was broken. They were very kind with helping me and answered me promptly. On a side note when I unpackaged the cups they all looked the same color under the light but the next day I noticed they were the color scheme I ordered. Now either me eyes was playing tricks on me or it was one of those illusions. Overall great product and great service from the manufacturer! ... show more

I LOVE these mugs and the holder, but sadly, if knocked off a counter by an errant thrown ball, I assure you they can shatter quite remarkably. R.I.P. I love them enough to want to purchase them again, but definitely try to keep your kids from throwing a ball at them like some sort of carnival game.
