It took me about 40 mins to put together and none of the steps were complicated. The materials look solid and rich. I believe the quality is also good, yet i will post an update after 6 months of use. We bought the green loveseat and chairs set and it definitely looks richer. Upholstry is lovely green and the body is champagne (kinda light grey / silverish). The wooden piece in the arm rest looks wonderful with champagne armrest and way better than how it looks in picture. Very important: The green is kinda like bottle green and is slightly on the darker side than what they show in product description pictures. Do not expect a leaf like green. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this set because of the thick cushions and the back support. It was super easy to assemble as long as you remember to incrementally insert the screws instead of tightening them down one at a time. The delivery process was top tier. They called 30 minutes ahead. The delivery guys carried it to my backyard and placed it inside my sunroom. However, one of my chairs was damaged. The arm and wood was cracked and badly dented. They cannot send you just the chair… it has to be the whole set, BUT, they refunded me immediately for the cost of the chair. They also offered to return the whole set and they’d send a new set out. ... show more
