I have had this sauna for almost 2 years now and feel like it's a good time to give a review. I use it 2-3 times a week. It maxes out at 150 degrees or something like that. I set it for precisely 144 degrees because my guardian angel said too. It's a good temp. It takes about 30 minutes to get that hot. I do 20 minute sessions and then get in a tub of freezing cold water. You can too. You'll love it. This unit is suitable for 1 person and perhaps a small dog. It's not super hot on your legs and there was air flow I didn't like coming through the door so I added some weather stripping to one side. Simple fix and it worked. That said, it is a well built sauna. The best part of this unit is that it plugs into a wall outlet. No dedicated circuit required. My lamps dim a bit when its on but that's it. Super slick. I have recommended this sauna to friends and I recommend it to you. ... show more

First off bought this because I got tired of the saunas at the gym, they are gross and the people that go in them are gross. If you order this make sure you contact info is correct, email address and phone number.. Amazon uses a third party freight company, mine is California was Saia, I was very happy with them. they delivered it within the window they said they would. it arrived on a pallet. ZERO chance one person can move it in by themselves if the box is not opened.. you will NEED two people to bring this inside your home, you don't want to damage your new health investment.. you will need two people to put them together.. take your time taking everything out of the packing, it is packaged VERY well, the instructions great best vague.. once we figured all the pieces out it came together quickly.. not to many parts to it. maybe 30 minutes to put it together after we got it out of the packaging. as for operational aspect of it.. im six foot two.. this is a one person sauna, it could be a two person if someone is small. just like any size pizza can be a personal size. everyone is different. heats up nicely takes about 40 minutes to get up to 140ish. it has gotten up to 152 but Infrared saunas cook you from the inside out.. keep in mind it does feel different. I can sit in at 140 for Bout 30 minutes before its "too much" for me. "IF" I had anything to say bad about it, is the fact there is a heater on the floor that doesn't work to much.. they reason why I bring it up is you can't sweat on the floor or it will hit the heater could cause a fire or something. it would make more since to have the heaters by your feet the on the sides. but over all for the price I personally think its a great deal. beats driving to 24 hour fitness and sitting in a dirty sauna. my only regret.. I had two problems with this sauna: one latch to hold the sauna together didn’t fit and the bench heating panel appeared to not be working. The Seller: Spreetail could not hep but referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer was very quick to help me resolve these minor problems. With these problems, I could still use the sauna. My family and I are very happy with this sauna. I am still waiting to receive the latch from the manufacturer. The beach heating panel does work after all, just to a lower degree than the side heating panels. I rate this product 5 out of 5 stars. ... show more

This sauna is the perfect addition to my home gym. The description said that it is a 1-2 person sauna but really fits one person comfortably, two would be a tight fit. The size of the sauna fit well in my basement with low ceilings and was easily put together. I did run a dedicated 15 amp circuit to power the sauna. The sauna takes about 15-20 minutes to heat up to set temperature and easily maintains it while you're in it. The temperature and the amount of time can be adjusted from inside and outside of the sauna. The speakers in it sound good and have capability to use Bluetooth which is a very nice feature that was not in in the description. The lighting/color therapy is very relaxing and a nice addition to have in the sauna. I am very happy with the sauna! Luckily I was at home and kinda watching the day of delivery. The delivery driver took the sauna off the truck and left it on the side of the road between the parked cars. He could not even put it up on to the sidewalk. I asked if he needed me to sign anything and he said nope thats it. The order said I would need to sign upon delivery to receive it. I think it should have been signed for and the whole delivery could have been done alittle better. ... show more

Quick delivery. However, the freight carrier did not call ahead of time like they said they would. Luckily, I found their tracking page and took the day off to receive it. The sauna came in one heavy box. Placed it in my garage until I could open it and carry it in one piece at a time, got help for the front panel with the glass door. Assembly was simple once I figured out the keyhole brackets that connect the sides to the front needed loosened for them to fit properly. The total assembly for me and my son time was less than an hour. Note: Some of the assembly steps were not covered in the instructions. I have use it for seven days straight. What I have learned; it heats up quickly to 120°, then take forever to get to 135° (that as high as I have gone so far), you need a backrest for comfort, the floor heater is useless, and it is a one-person (comfortable) sauna (a little tight from front to back). If I had to do it again, I would pay extra for a larger interior. Other than that, I like it and will continue to use it daily. Will update if there is a major jump in electrical cost to use it. ... show more

The sauna was pretty easy to install. Love that the individual screw packages were labeled. It works like a dream! It heats up to 151 in about 15 minutes. I don't dare lean against the pack or sides because I think that's where the heat comes out. Somewhere to lean while you sit would be nice. It's not really built for 2 people. My husband is 6' and I'm 5'10". We are both slender. We could both sit in there, but we would be touching and wouldn't have any room to move around to wipe off the sweat. We haven't used the bluetooth speaker yet, but that will be nice when we download some audiobooks. We would highly recommend! ... show more
