Everything came on time. It was easy to set up and get started. I purchased this back in December so I wanted to wait to see how things went before reviewing. Maintenance is extremely important! I did have an issue with the printer head at one point and reached out to customer service for troubleshooting and found it was bad but a new one was sent out immediately. They also sent me a video of how to change it and within about 20 min I was back up printing no problems. Here recently I had surgery and was down for 2 weeks so couldn't get in to do my maintenence so the circulation pump started leaking. That was on me and I believe it's from the white not being moved for that long period of time. So stay on top of your maintenence. I reached out again and was able to get a replacement pump sent out the next day. I was nervous about this purchase and thinking if I have issues how would I get parts but they communicate with you and fast! Just remember the time difference when reaching out. So it may be later in the night or early in the morning for a response. I'm giving a 5 star review because I'm a visual learner and every question I had is explain really well and a video is sent with it. Purchased The Printer March 21 and it arrived before the date that was given it was well packaged and easy to set up i have printed all 100 transfer paper that came with the printer and the colors are exactly as discribed Vivid Colors just got to go on the tab Color Management and set it there. when i got my printer had a problem with my printer contacted DSV and Jack in tech support was very good at helping me troubleshoot the issue Jack connected to my Computer and found the problem it was my print head he sent a new one and a video on how to replace it and now the printer has been printing non stop i can say i am very pleased with the DSV printer just remember to to the daily maintenance Head Cleaning and Nozzle check if you do this your printer will run smoothly ... show more

Please note that owning a DTF printer is not for the weak. I purchased the printer Sept. 24, 2023. Got it all setup with the help of tech support. I literally had to reach out to tech support for weeks. Back in March the printer went down and after a number of hours on with tech support (yes, they will stay on with you to try to help) I was told I needed to replace the waste toner box which I purchased on March 13, 2024. Here it is May and once again I am unable to use the printer because my prints are either spotty or they have streaks. I've done every single thing tech support advised and nothing. As as yesterday, I was told to remove fluid from the waste toner box, head cleaning, nozzle check and to make sure the waste toner box is empty. Something to try to clear up the streaks and nothing - still the same. I have been waiting for someone with tech support to respond to me since 10:30pm CST, it's now 11:30am and I'm sure everyone is sleep as it's about 12 something AM in China. I also believe they don't want to respond to me any more. At this point I realize I'll just have to take the $3000 loss and go back to vinyl. I will be returning the ink ($199) I purchased along with the DTF film that is now $109 plus shipping. I recently had an issue with my printer. I contacted tech support and it was determined that I needed to replace the waster toner box. I ordered directly from them and received it in 3 days. I contacted Jack and his patience, knowledge are top tier. He walked me thru the entire process (I am far from tech savvy). Showed great patience even when I wanted to give up. I received my machine on the 12th, opened the box on the 14th when i got off work and the silver pan is bent up and the red light indicator on the oven is broken off. Not sure how it was broken in this big wooden box so I can only assume it happened at the factory. I have not used the machine as of yet to rate the performance. I was able to set things up and get the printer to finally work. It was not the printer but the operator, and their customer service is quick with answering any questions. They fixed the problem with getting the white to print out and my prints are coming out beautiful and bright. I am loving my machine!!! I do keep my machine on and running all night so the white can rotate and I will print something out daily to keep it going. But what I found out was all you have to do is press F12 and let it clean its print head and it will print out your white like new. I am glad I did not spend money on the 12K machine I wanted to get, this one is just as good. I have had my printer now since July 12th and has used it several times. I love the printer and what it can do but it does have some major pros and cons. It does not take long to print your image and the colors are very nice. The only problem I have with this printer is the white does not print out dark enough. If I print out white words or picture and try to place it on a dark shirt the color of the shirt will show through and the white is faded out. For example, the red shirt will have the letters or pic looking pink and the black a dull grey. Also, I do not have to use this printer everyday for it to continue to work, I have went 4-5 days without using it and the only thing I would have to do is shake the ink and when I turn on the machine do a F12 to clean the print head and it will print like normal.
