UPDATE: After leaving a negative review, the company has reached out to me and offered a refund or replacement. I accepted a 50% refund plus a free wedge pillow which corrected the lumpy, hard back. I didn't want to send the chair back because of the hassle and it is a great, soft and comfortable chair. Overall I recommend it! ------------------------------------------------------ PREVIOUS REVIEW: Had this recliner for only a month when the backrest suddenly refused to sit up unless it is propped up by the wall in back, so the chair has to be moved forward to lower the backrest. The last few days it also has a new trick, the backrest started slanting toward the left, so it 's uneven too. Looks like a mess. Too late to send back. The salesmen had this thing timed just right so they can scam the money in a timely manner. I wonder if they would have this chair in THEIR OWN home, I doubt it. ... show more

Okay aesthetically. Uncomfortable. Definitely not a big man’s recliner. And do not lean to left or right while sitting in this chair. It WILL TIP OVER. Put your money into a good quality safe chair.
