We have used this for 2 months now and I can honestly say that we have never had a cleaner pool in the 20+ yrs of being pool owners. The suction on this little machine is amazing and it only takes an hour or two 3 days a week to maintain the pool. I love the app that comes with it and it’s easy enough for me to put it in the pool and then take out. The filter system works like a charm, catches the smallest little particles in the water. So easy to use and to clean - and it works quickly - it only took it about 2 hours to clean our 18’ x 32’ in ground pool after we opened it last week! Cleaning my pool is a breeze since I got this Pool Robot. You can turn it on or off remotely with the app, you never have to go outside to get it going. The schedule feature is perfect, you can have it be on when your pool comes on in the morning or at night. I value having the liberty to not 'forget' to do it. Setting everything up out of the box is so simple, a 5 year old can do it. Most of all I'd like to commend Maytronics for having the best customer service experience i've ever had. My Power Supply had been working intermittently for about 5 days, and wouldn't connect to the app. Then out of nowhere, it stoped working ccompletely. I contacted Maytronics on the app, and they got back to me with Email instructions to test all possibilities. After failing all those tests, they concluded that the power supply needed to be replaced. They asked for contact and delivery information, and a few days later, it was on the way. They included email instructions on how to set it up once i got the Power Supply. Could not say better things about this product. It's worth the price. ... show more

I knew before I purchased this it would work better than my old cleaner but wasnt sure how much better. I jave had the unit a couple of months now and every time I use it I am amazed at the results of how it cleans. The only negative I would mention is the app that can be used with cleaner. It connects via wifi or bluetooth. I have had no connectivity issues whatsoever so that is nice, however, unless its a user error or I missed something while using it, the app itself does very little besides providing the option to tirn on or off the cleaner. Thats not a bad thing but if you’re looking for additional functions such as guidance or something similar you will ne disappointed. This vacuum, the Dolphin Pool Up, is terrible. It doesn’t clean the edges of my pool and it only goes up the walls about 1 foot. The contraption that the debris, that is vacuumed up, goes into, that then needs emptied is a fabric sack. The sack becomes heavy and weighed down, has 4 corners, which are difficult to get cleaned and is difficult to get back in place on the vacuum. I see the next model, more expensive, has a basket, which makes A LOT more sense. Additionally, every time I pull the vacuum out of the pool, a ton of debris and dirt comes out from under the vacuum and drops back into the pool. I do like that it runs on electricity, not my pool pump, but that’s about it. We thought we were upgrading with this purchase but our $300 Zodiac vacuum was much more effective and lasted nearly 5 years. I’ve used the dolphin for a week and already despise it. *buyer beware, this supplier will only accept unused, resellable products PLUS charge a 20% restocking fee .this machine does not work as described and I did not know that until I used it. ... show more

It has been 11 months since I purchased my dolphin. It replaced a Polaris 360. It does a very good job of cleaning the pool. The software to control it was easy to install and use. The suction openings don't allow for small twigs with leaves about the size of your hand to be picked up where the Polaris could. The debris baskets are easy to clean and don't show any sign of wear. By now I would have replaced a Polaris bag. The hose is now becoming sticky. Don't know if that is do to uv degradation. I keep it in pool 2 or 3 days a week and then it is covered when not in use. I would have given it 5 stars except I have a built in bench in the pool where the seat is 90% from the wall. It will get stuck there every 4 or 5 cleanings. See the pic. Once it is stuck it cannot unstick itself. The corners of the Dolphin are touching the side wall and the seat bottom only and the tracks make no connect with anything and there it will stay until you physically remove it from that part of the pool. It is a very good cleaner if you don't have my situation. ... show more

Ok, I can't believe I'm getting excited about a pool vacuum, however, I have been struggling for several years to try and get my $1500 Hayward Tigershark to clean my pool. It's a constant fight, it breaks down all the time, and it ignores entire parts of the poo repeatedly. It's hard to clean and it does not suck up finer dirt, sand or gravel. And there is no app. On the other hand, this Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus is killing it! We live in an area with lots of trees and have issues with dirt, sand, and dust in the air from area farming and regular burning out in the rural areas. There is always dirt in my pool, lots of it plus leaves, seeds, and more. Our old Hayward had to be run twice a day and it still could not keep up. And it was a manual start so I had to go out in the heat and start it no matter the weather. The power supply overheated some times and then it was a huge pain to clean it out. But it still never got the sand, dirt, or small rocks and seeds. The Dolphin sucks up all of that and is super easy to clean it out so I'm more motivated to do it every week. Further, the app is easy to use and set up. And this one costs more than $500 less than my Hayward version without all the digital features. ... show more
