I thought this collar would be softer since it says 'soft'. However it also says heavy duty. If you are looking for heavy duty, it's a good collar. It's a tad thick and stiff for my Havapoo. He doesn't seem to mind wearing it, but I ended up ordering another softer one on Etsy made of cotton fabric.

My dog looks so cute in her new baby blue collar. I replace an old one that was looking worn, and dirty, and no amount of cleaning could remove the stench or the brown. This product is as advertised. The collar is soft even though it is slightly more bulky than the old hemp collar our dog has. The fact that it is half the price of what we paid for the old collar, I would highly recommend this product.
