As a photographer, this is the first drone I’ve seen that can truly produce beautiful images and video for a reasonable budget. It’s all about the sensor size and selective aperture. This drone inspired me to get the Part 107 Commercial Drone Certification so I can incorporate it into my set of tools and fly with confidence knowing I am adhering to FAA airspace regulations. It flies so smoothly and makes it easy to take multi-shot panorama images like the one I’ve attached. Better than I expected for the package. Sure I can be nitpickey and complain about the lack of functions on the control, such as customizable buttons, it’s missing the right side scroll wheel. On the flip side the range is unbelievable, the battery life is amazing, you can even charge your phone with it. The camera is extremely good quality, the zoom camera has extremely good quality for the size of the sensor. The digital zoom is a nice bonus to play with. Very nicely packaged and quick delivery. I also bought the insurance which offers a free year if you do t use it in the first year. The case is extremely well made, and durable. It makes a great backpack. I got the Fly More Kit, this was very expensive, but do not regret the purchase at all. And this is my first drone. ... show more

I am having a lot of fun flying it and it was easy to learn the controls. The battery life is great with cine mode and normal mode, it drains a bit quicker on sport mode but it is fun to go zipping around at high speed in a wide open area. I have yet to try out the active track and the hyperlapse video setting but everything else is looking good and working as intended. The Mavic 3 is a beast, that's a gimme. When teamed with the DJI RC Remote, I don't see the need for the Cine Version. I shopped around and found this sale for a Mavic 3 with Fly More bundle for less than people selling crap on Craigslist, so I took eth plunge. What surprised me the most was the Seller. Item perfect in every way. Only 1 Battery had 1 cycle, and the other 2 had 0. There was no acct set up with this "resale" drones serial number that caused any issue. I added DJI Refresh without issues too. Item was shipped faster than promised and arrived with extra goodies that I wasn't expecting. I came from an original Phantom 4 to the Mavic 3 and I couldn't believe how quiet the Mavic is in comparison to the Phantom, not to mention the image quality is fantastic. Drone is severely flawed! Over priced for what you get. Firmware isn't ready nor does it operate the drone properly. Air 2s is much better for a third the cost... Flight controller does not control the drone, obstacle avoidance will not protect you from crashing...

I have only been able to fly it a couple of times but it is much quieter than my smaller drone, the picture quality is much better and the video is very smooth compared to the other drones I have used. I love the Telephoto lens to capture up close video. A little on the expensive side for just a weekend hobby but I plan in using for more than just that. I highly recommend this one! ... show more
