I've always been a fan of Dickies brand. Although I don't work in Healthcare, I prefer scrub pants to work in because they're not heavy, my skin can breathe & I have room to move around in. Last but not least, POCKET ROOM. Which is why I LOVE THESE. I can securely have my phone, keys, cigs/lighter, wallet and still have more room available. THE ELASTIC WAIST iS WHY I PURCHASED TO BEGIN WITH. No having to tie a string..and re-tie later on to avoid your pants from falling down. Makes things so much easier. I ordered XL & was concerned at first because they felt a little loose. However, they fit true to size ...after the first wash, they shrank a tiny spe.. to make fitting even better in my case. Next week I am buying the Khaki & Navy blue ones. Best scrub pants ever and I highly recommend. ALSO, I DON'T LIKE tight fitting "women's style" clothes and almost got men's to assure bagginess...but this style isn't snug and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Will buy again! For reference I wear size 1 jeans. I originally purchased “XS” because “XS petite” was unavailable. The “XS” were a bit baggy, they did not look flattering, and the pant legs were way too long. I saw another review that said “XXS petite” was perfect, even though they first thought they would be too small. I needed these pants for work ASAP so I had no other option but to try “XXS petite”. I am so glad I went with that size! I ordered 2 black pair and 2 in the color pewter. They fit perfect! Although I did notice a small amount of shrinkage after they were put through the dryer the first time, even still they fit great! (I do hang them to dry now, & will hang dry pairs that I order in the future). I’ve been wearing these scrub pants for about 4 weeks now and have had no issues! The waist band is stretchy, but the pants themselves are not; yet I have not felt like they were going to rip when I bend down. I have to carry a lot of items so I love that there are so many pockets -& thus far they are durable. There are pen loops inside one of the pockets, as well as a medium size soft-fabric pouch/pocket inside of one of the big pockets which is the perfect size for my phone. Overall I really think these pants are fantastic for the price! I was very happy to find pants that aren’t boxy & decently flattering that also have numerous pockets.     • Lint magnet and still way too long for petite short

I bought two of these. I'm only 5'0", so even their petite short was still almost 7 inches too long and had to hem them. I was hoping with a petite short I wouldn't have to but they were still too long. While black tends to show everything, these in particular attract lint like crazy. Everytime I wash them, I spent forever cleaning them with a lint brush. I like the pockets and wish they had a drawing more than an elastic waist band since I'm losing weight and sometimes they start sliding down if I'm carrying too much in the pockets. They have no stretch or bend, so they're pretty stiff if you have to squat. They sticking also wasn't great as there was a lot of loose threads that I had to trim, especially around the logos. This is my first time buying scrubs for work and may need to ask my colleagues where they bought theirs or the brand since theirs looks more comfortable and have more stretch. The biggest issue is the lint and the fact that I still had to hem them because they were too long despite buying petite short hoping I wouldn't have to. I bought matching tops and have the same issue with the lint and lack of stretch. I expected a lot more from Dickies but eh. They only plus are the pockets. ... show more
