The jacket feels extremely will made. Pros: It fits true to size. The material is great. The heat is really good It has adjustment at the waist line to close off air Cons: the battery is priority. It's not standard USB. You must use the one battery you have. I did not like that. It should have been a standard connector The hood isn't removable. That's just too easy to have for it not to be there. Overall the jacket is a great jacket. I would recommend this for anyone. I'm a police officer and I wear this under an outer carrier.     • Very warm even when not powered on!

I got this a month ago but wanted to write a review after I've worn it a while. First thing, it's very warm even when you don't power it on. It's wind and rain resistant. I wore this in a couple snow storms and all I had on was a regular shirt and I was still comfortable. I used the heat for some short bursts and it came on strong and very fast. You can feel it in all the areas. Today I put it to it's full test. I was outside for an event in 28° weather with a good 15mph wind. It was so cold I was also wearing fleece lined pants snow gloves. I was wearing a base layer and a sweatshirt under the coat. I put the heat on high and it lasted a full 4 and half hours. Probably would have lasted longer if I went to medium heat. I was extremely comfortable. The hood is a great feature in that I can hide it if I'm not using it. Everyone at the event kept asking about the coat when they saw the lighted power button. They were all jealous. Charging the battery when I got home from 0 to 100 took about 9 hours. So be prepared to charge it overnight if you plan on using it every day. For the price I can't really think of any negatives. The pockets on the sleeves are a little silly and I don't understand what the back slide through pocket is for. I wish there was an interior pocket or something. The two hand pockets are oversized and also fleece lined, so there's that.     • Finally a Warm, comfortable heated jacket!

I hate being cold and I hate having too much stuff on. Winter is hard for me. Which led me to find the perfect jacket. I decided to try Dewbu after an extensive search and here are my takeaways. Heats up fast and works great for cold, rainy days. Waterproof material kept me dry in the middle of a winter slush/rain shower. I bought the black jacket in size medium. I’m 5’10 , 180lbs. The fit for me was perfect. The fit is true to size, so if you wear heavy sweatshirts or sweaters, may want to consider a size up. It looks great , simply styling - comes with removable shoulder Velcro patches that you can peel off. Cuffed sleeves. The hoodie provides more than enough cover and doesn’t look unnecessarily large - you can actually roll it up and store it away however it does not detach. Has deep zippered pockets for your hands that has key hooks/loops and your collar drawstrings so you never have to take your hands out. Also has zippered pockets on the sleeves - another cool feature to keep something within reach but tucked away. Comes with a battery pack that will last at least 8 hours on low. Battery will take awhile to charge so having an extra one on hand isn’t a bad idea. Since I bought a heated hoodie from them as well so I used the batteries interchangeably. They also offer a car 12v plug using the vehicle’s battery for power; no more freezing while car is warming up. A lot of people have come up to me about the jacket - the glowing on/off button usually catches their eyes. If they are lucky enough I let them try it out! Can’t recommend enough.     • Great Jacket but not perfect

Bought this jacket to use while on my motorcycle to keep warm. On the most part this jacket looks great, fits well, extremely durable, and it works. I constantly get compliments and questions on it all the time! This jacket will work extremely well as a stand alone jacket in 40+ degrees outside. Any colder than that you will have to layer up to insulate. However, deapite having to layer up with an extra jacket and hoodie, it is nice to have the extra heat. Battery life depends on usage, on highest setting you’ll get 2-3 hours. Lowest setting you’ll get 4-5 hours. DEFINITELY does NOt last for 8 hours! ... show more

Very nice. I went with one size up from my normal size and it fits great, and gives a little room to let the heat circulate. Warms up quickly. Plenty of pockets, draw strings, the hood rolls up an secures nicely with velcro. It's a great jacket for the price. ☆One thing☆ noticed after wearing the jacket. Don't know if it's a feature or not. After wearing the jacket and turning it off the next time / day it wouldn't turn on when pressing the button. Had to unplug the battery and plug it back in, then it would turn on. No biggie I would still recommend the jacket. The battery life is strong. Wore it for several hours checking out the different heat settings, an only used 25% . When i use it i didn't have to have it on all the time. But I would say the battery would last a good 10 hrs on low. And I didn't need to keep it on the high setting @ 140° cause it did get really warm. Battery takes a while to charge & it does show in % the remaining charge. I'm very pleased with the jacket and would recommend it to anyone. ... show more

    • I want to love it but….

There’s so much to love about this jacket: looks and feels premium, reasonably priced, gets warm fast, comes with a nice battery with digital display that also can charge your phone or other devices. But then there’s the things I don’t like: the front pockets for your hands are too high, there is no heat for the chest, and you have to disconnect and reconnect the battery every time you use the jacket (in order for the front button to respond). There are also pockets in the arms and back (for some reason) but those would make more sense on the inside of the jacket. ... show more
