Huge improvement over what was on my truck. The ride quality is very good. I drive on some really bad Michigan roads, and so far these take the bigger bumps well, but also ride nice on medium beat up roads and great on smooth. Nice balance on the dampening of the shocks. The front shocks fit perfectly, but the back shocks had mounting holes that were too small, by about an 1/8 of an inch (see photos). My 2wd/rwd 2.2L 1996 s10 pickup doesn't have the ZR2 or ZQ8 suspension package, so this Detroit Axle product should fit, according to the description. So if your s10 has the wider metal sleeve (see photos), this product won't fit. ... show more
