I added a 30$ set of LEDs to mine. I don't know why people compare this to a kids bed, I got the king, and I love it. It is definitely different. I wanted something low enough so my two small children could climb up, this frame fit the bill and I'm a sucker for LED's. It's INCREDIBLY low to the ground, so keep that in mind, and it's very unique and requires a particular aesthetic already in place to really appreciate it. Easy enough to assemble, instructions are really thoughtfully written. I recommend a cordless drill, just because there are LOTS of screws lol. Once assembled it is very sturdy, with no hard edges to stub toes and hit shins on. I give it 5 stars, but 3 on value for money. It's expensive. Definitely a YOLO buy at this price tag. But, I am pleased. I'll update if it doesn't hold up well to adult activities. UPDATE: How do I put this so it gets past the censors... So the pleather will need a barrier between it and gloss paint. Repeated, oscillating motions make the bed squeak against the wall. The direction of said motion does not matter, we tried up, down, left, right, with a friend, alone, any continued motion in any direction will make it produce a REALLY obnoxious squeak against gloss painted walls. Minor nuisance, still a great bed. I used a bit of the fuzzy part of Velcro, and stuck it to the part that was making contact. No more wierd squeak, no matter how vigorous the motion! The media could not be loaded. Package arrived damaged but nothing was damaged inside except 2 little dots as pictured in my ref photos at the bottom of the headboard not a problem becuase it is hidden.. I believe reviews with bad instructions or how long it took is stupid, if you are having a tuff time then it's you not the instructions, call a pro cuz clearly you are not cut out for it, I installed it while I was high as a kite with in 30mns ofcource using a drill. When you get to step 8 as you lay the wood brackets down and bolt em to the center then you have to secure outer edges with screws, MAKE SURE you are pushing in from outer edge to flush the planks with the inner frame prior to securing screws so it sits flush. Only part slightly hard to install, if you are installing by your self is the head board-took me like 5mns but if you have someone helping you hold it, it can be secured within 1minute. Do not over tighten or you may end up braking/cracking stuff. NOW over all I like the bed though it sits very low but I have little kids so that is not a concern. Parts feel lite and cheap but only time will tell how long they last though it says it can handle upto 900 pounds. I like the led lighting though I won't be using it as much( some what of an entertainment). It is pretty sturdy and can't go wrong for the price, mine is king size main reason i bought this bed frame. Product is as pictured except it looks alittle higher in presentation pictures. Overall I am satisfied. Will update if something goes wrong. Recommend buy if you thinking about it. (See my uploaded video) for finish product details. ... show more

Bought this for my 9 year old gamer son and he loves it! Assembly was easy and my son loved helping! Full size requires a 10" or 12" mattress. I originally bought a 6" and once I read the instructions, I realized I had to return it for a thicker one. Seems pretty sturdy. Love that it's low to the ground in case my kids roll off. You can use the app or remote to turn it off or on and change the settings, but I've noticed I cannot be in another room to turn it off with my phone. I definitely recommend for any little gamer or someone who loves LED lights! ... show more

Firstly, my bed was delivered before the actual time I asked for and the delivery person just left it sitting in front of my door while I was still at work. Thank God my Brother lives right next door and saw it sitting there because anyone could have easily come and taken it. Secondly the assembly of this bed was not at all easy in fact it took me many hours to put it together by myself. After completing the project I was very Happy with the sturdiness of the bed and Love how low it sits unfortunately when I plugged the light in to see how it looked I noticed that it was cracked. As much money as I payed for the bed and as much time I put into assemble it I was Extremely disappointed to find a Crack in the headboard light which I have posted. I would Greatly appreciate some kind of reparations. I don't want to send the entire bed back after the amount of time it took to assemble but maybe a partial monetary refund or something for this head board only seems fair. ... show more

This is a joke of a bed. Absolutely terrible. First off, the led strip lights were not fully working and they only offered me a $10 rebate. I had put the whole bed together before I noticed. I bought this bed for my 12 year old. Who is 5'9 already. He's onpy 2 months into owning it and already broke the bed. I guess because it's so low to the ground and the way he climbs into it not realizing his own weight yet..... completely broke all the boards underneath. It's made of some faux wood so it's a joke of a frame. Why they wouldn't have used something more sturdy, I don't know. But it also explains why the bed is so cheap. This bed should only be bought as a prop bed or staging. Not for someone to actually sleep in. Now I have the chore of having to take the bed apart, throw it away, along with the money I spent on it.
