Works perfectly. I got it for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it. We had to switch the VGA cables for an HDMI cable because the VGA cable didn't work. But no big deal since we have hundreds of HDMI cables around our house. Easy to set up.

    • Worked good at first: Died within 6 months :( customer service is bad too.
The goodish: At first I really liked this computer, I got it for some at home work and gaming (Minecraft & Valorant). It was great for work. Minecraft lagged badly in Java but once I switched to the windows/bedrock version it played smoother. Valorant seemed to play good but I don’t have great internet so it’s hard to tell & the PC would occasionally crash mid game leading to afk offenses. One thing to note is that the monitor it came with was a wall monitor, I knew there was variations to what monitor you could get but there was no info about it possibly being a wall monitor. It was actually kind of nice for me but if you live in a place that can’t have a wall monitor keep in mind it’s possible for it to come with one that only works on the wall. The very bad: As mentioned before it would occasionally crash completely powering down but it would always boot back up and work fine after. About 6 months after I got it the pc crashed mid use, I went to turn it back on and it popped up with a screen saying the PC needed to be recovered with a special disk. I looked up the error code and saw that sometimes that is caused by a usb or power cord not being properly connected and to unplug all cords and check their connection. I did this and In doing this found that the power cord (sent with the computer originally) had melted. For background I only use the computer 4-6 hours at max in a day and had only had the computer on for about an hour when this happened so if I was using this full time for work instead of just occasional projects I don’t know how this pc would have held up. I reached out to the pc seller and after about a week of trying to get in contact (calling and them never picking up or calling me back, them insisting on calling me and then not) they told me to simply pick up a new standard 3 prong power cord. I was obviously worried that there was a bigger issue that would lead to the pc melting a cord but did what they said. They didn’t tell me any other details like what voltage requirements it needed so I looked around and got one that matched the voltage that most on the market are, that didn’t work. I looked at the original cord and it had a different requirement and after scouring the web found one that matched it and tried it however that didn’t work either with the computer only having a flashing orange power light/nothing on screen/and the fan running loud. I then reached out to the seller again and told them this and they said to take it to a local computer repair person because my warranty had ended. Luckily I had gotten the extra asurion protection plan. I called their tech support and they told me that this usually means that the power supply unit has failed and I would need to file a claim to get a refund. I’m glad I got the protection plan but this means packing up a pc, monitor, keyboard, and mouse and shipping it to asurion in order to get an Amazon gift card refund. Bottom line I’m in shock that in only 6 months of owning this pc the power supply unit failed and on top of that the customer support was incredibly lacking once I did experience issues. ... show more

this is a great system for getting everything you need done I love it fast and efficient not to mention very inexpensive, so you get a big bang for your buck. Thankfully I am not a gamer. My son really ripped this thing to spreads while critiquing its gaming capabilities. the games he downloaded ran really slow and were subsequently removed. This item wasnt purchased with any gaming activities in mind so I remain unbothered by this lol. still a wonderful computer . ... show more

I bought this as a second computer, mostly to play retro games on. So far, it's done well handling everything. I can't get the RGB to work and the hard drive is very, very loud, but I really can't complain much due to the total cost being so low.

You get what you pay for! Everyone has different thoughts on reviews until you buy it. I never do reviews but I have to. I bought three of these computers for my kids for Christmas. I got them early December so I was able to see what they were about. Clearly they are refurbished and if not then they are not taken care of in their wear-house. The first one I opened the PC tower was dented and rusted and looked like garbage. It was kinda depressing. The best part is their customer service they do replace the item really quick but while you are doing your return on the phone they will ask you to do a 5 star review so they can look good. I give their customer service 5 stars they are great but I will not do a review before I get my items next time. That was the first computer return. A week before Christmas I set them up for a surprise for the kids. As I turned them on one of the monitor was messed up and had lines running through the monitor. I had to submit a photo of the monitor to prove the monitor was messed up. The bad part was, one of my kids had to wait til the new monitor came to use it. I now just received the new monitor tonight, 12/26/2022. I connected the monitor and guess what there are the lines again running through the screen. Second screen same issues. Like I said I give it a 2 star rating because it was a great price, bad product, great customer service, bad gift for Christmas surprise because you don’t know if it will work for the kids. But…… I do have to say, the kids do love them, great for a first computer and for the issue with my one son’s monitor, I’m not even going to waste my time with it anymore. It’s more frustrating then anything. He is using my Samsung monitor for now and it’s working wonderful for him. So for anyone who buys it leave a review and I want to see if I’m the only one with issues. ... show more

    • Hit or miss!!!!
I bought 3 of them in a week. The first on was awesome, and had a nice light up mouse pad. It is fast and my son loves it. So I ordered 2 more for my other sons. They did not come in the same way, and did not have a mouse pad in the set. One of the 2 worked properly, but without the cool mouse pad, my son felt ripped off. The other one of the 2 did not work properly, as well as the screen having lines down the display. It was slow and would not operate after a few days. I had to argue to get my money bake after returning it. I give 3 stars only because of the first one that I received. ... show more
