    • Consider adding the extra kit in this brand and line with the extra branches and birds.
• Style, brand and version: -Brand: DECOWALL -Style: SG4-2306 Cherry Blossom Tree Wall Stickers •Overall Impression: -This is a great value for the set of decals. They are even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. -I loved using several kits from this brand in the cherry blossom series. The kits in the series coordinate very well overall. This one goes well with the pink blossom branch kits (without the tree base). -I recommend getting both this full tree kit as well from this brand in this cherry blossom pattern line and an extra branch kit (the kit without the tree base). This makes the tree bigger (and gives these branches a fuller tree and tree base). -Consider combining kits in this brand and pattern line, in the cherry blossom line they go together very well and match (the pink and pink and ecru ones, the ivory one with no pink is a little dark). Also consider getting more than one kit, if you don't want to combine from the coordinating pattern line. -You can customize the layout any way you want, it doesn't have to be put up like it shows in the listing pictures. It’s not a mural, it’s separate stickers you arrange as you like for yourself. -Note: This is not a mural or one sheet. Each sticker much be placed as you want it. -It does not have a light background but a clear one. The colors will show crisp, bright and true on your wall or surface. But the cut-out areas and background edges will be clear and whatever color your wall or surface is vs light. • Size: -Look at the size in the listing pictures, not the ones with the overall size (that includes that layout and spacing), but the one that shows the height of the sheets and their width. How you space it on your wall will be the final size and length. -For reference, the sheets you pull the decals off of shows the size of the sheets and you can see the scale of the stickers more accurately that way. • Pros-what I liked and what worked well: -Beautiful design, that looks even more beautiful and in person on the wall than in the pictures. -Somewhat easy to hang and place vs others that are thinner. They tend to be a little static cling as all decals tend to. There is a learning curve and it's not always easy, but it’s well worth it in the end. -They stay up on the wall well and don’t fall off or shift on the wall. -Self-stick and removable (won't damage the wall under it), replaceable and reposition-able (if you are careful). (I wouldn’t put them on wood or a delicate surface, that could do damage over time.) -Fully customizable layout, you can arrange them in any way you want in one layout or in several areas. You can also combine kits from the brand and pattern line. It's not just one large mural, you create what you want where you want it. -Clear background (it will show the color of the item or wall under it, not a lighter one). -Crisp, bright colors and beautifully printed. -You can cut, trim any areas you need to with standard scissors. -Has no unpleasant scent to it. -The birds in the kit are very natural looking and detailed, as are the branches and blossoms. • Cons-what I didn’t like and what didn’t work well: -Only the learning curve to applying them. If you're not careful some of the larger ones can fold up on themselves and stick to itself and be hard to unstick during application. I used 3 total kits (this one, a full pink tree, and the ivory version of this kit) and only had one badly stick and fold up on itself. I did have to really work to get it straightened out and the wrinkles out. But most of them did not do this. Just be careful when applying the bigger pieces. You don’t want any edges folding up on themselves, they’re hard to unstick and you risk tearing them. • Tips & Thoughts: -On the kit, there are numbers for each piece on where to start at the base of the tree. You’ll need to start as they number on the base and branches, then if you modify (say you have as I did, a wall item other than the kit in the center of the tree area) as needed as it starts to take shape on the wall. Look at the pictures on the sheets and the pictures in the listing and the numbers to get an idea. -Be careful when removing the sticker decals from the page, you don't want to tear them. Especially be careful on more delicate or pointed areas and the ends when you remove them. Try to remove each area vs one large pull off the paper, to protect delicate areas. -You can reposition them if needed. But be careful not to let them fold or stick to themselves or tear. -Press out the air bubbles with your hands as you apply vs try to after. Lift up an area to release the air bubbles. -Press them securely on the wall or surface once placed and all air bubbles are out. Especially press the edges to secure them. -Consider getting more than one kit or other kits from the brand and pattern line and color to have more customization options. -I used this kit, 1 extra pink branch kit, and part of the ivory version of the branches to make my own large wall mural. The ivory one didn't coordinate quite as well. But the pink branches coordinated perfectly, the ivory one did pretty good, especially the birds. I'd pick this pink tree and 1 or 2 of the pink branch kits (with no tree base) vs 1 of the ivory branches. I'd get this kit and 1 of the extra pink branch kit kit just to start with, you won't likely need more. -What I did with the kit: I took it to surround a 32" TV hung on a wall mount (that doesn't move or swivel) and put the TV (already placed and hung) in the center. I took the tree and put branches on each side, above and below the TV and the tree trunk on the left side. It looks beautiful with the blossoms and birds. I did also get a kit from a different brand (Waft Yearn, the tropical palm) for some greenery next to it and below the tree, adding blossoms from this kit on top of that kit to blend it with this kit. -Creative idea: I wanted to create a little TV tree garden wall for my cat in his area. He likes to watch bird and squirrel videos (made for cats, closeup views that run for hours) on YouTube (Patsy's Garden, Birder King are good channels). So I got a smart tv (to play YouTube) and hung it on the wall. Then made my cat his own garden from all the decals around the TV. I also have his cat wheel (the One Fast Cat wheel, he loves it but had to be taught to use it, it's like a large hamster wheel, but for cats) below the tv and some of it (it's pulled out from the wall a bit so it doesn't rub) behind that (where the circular opening is of the wheel). It makes the area for him and his cat tree, cat wheel and tv look more put together and he seems to love looking at the birds and flowers. It made the area look more cheerful and put together and it's beautiful. I love it and it makes his area feel more cozy for him and for me. ... show more

Beautiful and easy to apply. Plenty of extra loose flowers and pedals ( I did not use them all ) Wish the tree trunk was about a foot longer but made it work.

My mistake in thinking this would dominate one wall of my daughter’s room. Sadly it only covered a corner and was so small, just an after thought. Beautiful but lackluster if best. Not the size displayed in the picture in advertisement.

Like others have commented, this cherry blossom wall sticker is small. I don't know why they don't sell larger sizes, especially considering that it's not one piece anyways. The main tree and it's branches comes in more than 12 pieces. I forgot the exact number but it's a lot. So you're basically sticking on smaller pieces to combine it together to form the larger tree. There's at least 3 or 4 pieces in each sheet. If they only put one piece on each sheet and doubled the number of sheets that it came with, it could easily be twice as big and would fill up your entire wall. Size aside, the stickers are easy to stick and you can easily reposition it if you made a mistake. ... show more
