I recently bought this mobilty scooter for myself, recognizing the need for a reliable solution to address occasional leg discomfort. The product was promptly delivered in a secure, sturdy, and enclosed box, ensuring its perfect condition upon arrival I am 216 pound and almost 5.9”. With leg pain moving around is not plesent experince for me. This scooter has made a real difference, easing my leg discomfort and letting me move around effortlessly for longer periods. I really like a few things about this scooter one is removable front basket, and cup holder making it easier to carry personal items. The other one is addtion of a USB port is a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected and charged while using it. It is actually really easy to set up. You can watch the video in product page. Mounting the seat was the only task required. The control panel is easy to understand. The charging and usage data align with the information provided on the productpage up until this date. I purchased for my uncle who is struggling with his walking due to knee osteoarthritis, he loved it! Very easy to assemble I barely helped him assemble, he did it all by himself. Also blue color was his favorite and it is as it was shown on the pictures. Speed was as we expected, not too fast nor too slow. Buttons on the vehicle is very easy to understand. The "SEAT SUPPORT TUBE" is missing, so I cannot assemble this scooter. Op Manual, page 9 (first picture, above), says, "Insert the seat support into the seat tube located on the rear body." The picture shows a tube sticking up from the flat plate on the bottom of the seat. In the second picture of my scooter, above, there is no flat plate attached to the seat and no seat tube. In the third picture of my scooter, above, there no seat tube sticking up from the flat plate where the seat is suppose to attach to the scooter body. Amazon does not honor "Return or Replace" requests for this item. One has to contact the seller, DECOMIL LLC. However, Neither their Amazon advertisement nor the operating manual provides a phone number or email address at which to contact DECOMIL LLC. I hope DECOMIL LLC sees this negative review and provides a replacement part, or a replacement scooter, or a full refund. ... show more
