I bought the sandals in my regular size that I purchased from Birkenstock. The sandal is about a half a size too small and I recommend that you buy half a size up. The quality of the sandals seems to be good and sturdy. I will try them out for a while now and I will try to get back and leave an updated review after I wear them for a couple weeks. The sandals were attractive, quality-looking and true to the pictures and previous reviews. The footbed was so comfortable and fit so well and true to size except on my bunions. The side of the toe strap hit just in the wrong spot on my bunions. So bummed because everything else was so good and I would have liked to have kept them. I love these. This is at least my 4th Cushionare (pretend Birkenstock style) purchase. So comfortable, right away. I initially purchased the Amazon recommended 8.5, as I wear between an 8 and 8.5 typically, but I had to return them as they were too small. The 9 fits well, but I might have even been fine with a 9.5, so highly recommend sizing up. Quality/longevity: I previously owned the Mayari sandal (this style from Birk), and I do not expect them to last quite as long based on my previous sandals - I wore my Birks for 6-8 years, and have gotten 2.5 years from my first cushionare pair so far. They’re still wearable, but the sole is pretty worn at this point. Nevertheless, because of the suede footbed, it feels like a hug to my foot when I put them on for sandal season each year since they’re molded just right for my foot. A note on width: I don’t have an especially wide foot, but the knuckle on my pinkie toe does protrude and get irritated, especially given I have rheumatoid arthritis. These are my go-to sandal now. Super comfortable, not too heavy, and my feet don’t hurt after wearing them for long stretches of time. True to size. There was also no break in needed, they were great from the first day. Definitely would buy again!

    • Adorable- but they run tiny.
Size: 11 Color: Tan Vegan Suede
These fit nicely, feel good on my feet, and are adjustable which is great. They look just as good as the brand they’re inspired by, and might even be comfier because they don’t require breaking in. However they run really small. I wear anywhere from a 10-11, usually 11 is slightly large but workable. I ordered an 11 and my feet touch the edges. I can’t really wear them because of this. I suppose I could have returned for a size 12 but i don’t really think a shoe brand should run 1.5 sizes small. ... show more
