The media could not be loaded. Edit update: after I posted my review, the company reached out to me and sent me a new turner. I took the first one completely apart to find out why it was making that God awful nose. It turned out to be the metal rod grinding against the metal stand holding the cup. This is an easy fix for a great product. I hot glued a piece of felt to the stand and it provides a soft barrier between the two metals. I don’t know if this will hold up long term but so far so good. I have completed 4 tumblers with not a peep out of it since then. Maybe the company will add a barrier because of this post. Happy crafting! This is only my second time using this and now it’s making a weird noise. Getting worse and it’s rotating. A little disappointed by this. The first time I used it, you didn’t hear a thing. You don’t get enough glitter to do a cup. I’m pretty sure I could have made something for the same amount as I paid and it might have been better. ... show more

The practice cups were really helpful and wish I knew where to get more. Now I need one with multiple turners. Even though the turner makes noise, I’m still happy with it. This has everything to get started making tumblers and I found that the complete kit came with almost everything needed to get started. I purchased water slides, glitter and more epoxy along with it (and I recommend you to do the same) because practice makes you better, and supplies run out quick!

This actually my SECOND turner like this! I liked it so much I wanted another one. My first one did start making noise after the first 3 or 4 uses, noise almost like the motor was struggling. It was the rod(pvc) turning against the metal piece in the middle (not motor) I contacted the company because I thought it was the motor to realize it wasn't, after contacting them they took care of the issue and added the black thing ( pictured, my 1st one doesn't have this). Overall I love this turner and the items that come with it(great starter) I'm glad to have this in my collection of 6 turners(two of them being this one). I would definitely by another one in the future! Easy to assemble and perfect for imited spaces! Buy this you won't be upset! The media could not be loaded. This was my first tumbler turner machine and i was essentially nervous at first but glad I made the purchase. Noise: There is no noise that comes from the machine while its on/off and cup is spinning, no noise from the fan either. Odor/Temp: There is no odor coming from the motor nor has the machine heated up to while spinning. The fan within the compartment with the motor keeps it at a cool temperature even after spinning for 12 hours. Assembly: Assembly is very easy I dont even remember if it came with directions, the entire process is pretty self explanatory. Price/Shipping: While this wasnt the cheapest option i am glad that I picked it and shipping was extremely fast as all ways. I would recommend this to those beginners just trying out making tumblers or can find any other use for it. I will be purchasing again in the future, this time the double turner from same maker. ... show more

    • So much for the money...
I bought this so I can have a hobby to do. There was so much in the box I just kept taking things out it is a complete set so you can get going right away. You could do probably about a cup and a half maybe more with the solution that they send you but it's worth its money.

    • Cut but needs to be fixed a little
It is a cut turner and is stable, however, the plastic tube turning on the metal makes an AWFUL sound. I had to put stuff between the tube and the metal because it is so loud. I even got a replacement wondering if it was just defective but the other one did it. It works fine, just makes those sounds so I had to fix it to keep it from continually happening. The kit is pretty nice. I love the silicone mat and the silicone brush. I like the mix cups and the two sizes of foam to hold the cup. The glitter is eh but that wasnt the main point of the kit for me anyway. ... show more
